I've been relying on MaidProWest Roxbury for years. I'm very happy with them, and especially with my longtime cleaner, Martha M. She does a great efficient job, and she's a friendly person, easy to have in the house.

On the scale of 1 to 10, I rate Martha a 10; her cleaning is impeccable and spotless. And to boot she is always cheerful. Once I thought I was in her way, she said that I was never in her way. I have never had cause for one complaint.

I have been extremely satisfied with the courteous and professional service provided to me by MaidPro. Tiah did a great job cleaning my new condo this past week, taking special care to do a thorough cleaning. She was very pleasant and personable as well.

I have been using MaidPro services to clean and maintain the apartment I let out as an AirBnB for five years. Needless to say, I use their services often. I am extremely appreciative of the professionalism and customer service that Mildred provides in every interaction. She has been a loud sachet more than once. She is always kind and friendly no matter the circumstance. And above all, she is a problem solver, always ready to assist.

Brittany is hands down the BEST house cleaner I have ever experienced. She is thorough, very detail oriented , and does a fabulous deep clean. Brittany is always on time, kind, and really cares about her work. She never cuts corners, in fact, she goes the extra mile. The house is spotless when she leaves, and I start counting down when she will return! She is friendly, thoughtful, and an extremely hard worker. I cannot recommend Brittany enough!

I have been using Maid Pro for several years. I appreciate that the same cleaner comes each time. Martha knows what I like to be done and does it well. I am not as well as I would like and am not able to prepare for her . She is very willing to help with the organizing that I cannot do. I don’t need to be concerned with any valuables I may have left around the apartment . She is very honest and often finds things that I have lost. I am most pleased with her.

Martha as always did a fantastic job cleaning the house. I love the fresh clean smell in the house when I get home after the cleaning and the comfort that all of the bathrooms and all the kitchen surfaces have had a full clean. Best money I spend.

MaidPro was very efficient and easy to schedule. My building requires a certificate of insurance which they were able to provide extremely quickly. Gloria arrived on time and did a terrific job on the deep clean for our unit.
