We've been receiving MaidPro West Roxbury services for over a year and their service is consistently great no matter who comes. You get reminders that they are coming. And if you have a conflict or desire to reschedule, Ynez will work with you on the reschedule.

Ynes Pol always does a great job. She is reliable and always makes the house look great. It is such a blessing to come home to a sparkling home, it allows me to spend more quality time with my family!

NADGY is always great and does a wonderful job for us! We have a dog, a 9 year old and a 6 month old so our apartment can be quite the project but she never complains, always helps when we have special requests, and makes our place feel clean and fresh again with each visit!

Maidpro has been a life saver. We have a dog and getting the the house clean is a task with my busy work schedule. Maidpro made it easy. Yneś Pol is the pro who has been cleaning my house and she does a great job. When she does the Cleaning it’s always perfect and I never have complaints.

I am very surprised at such a bad service.
1. They assigned one cleaning lady for 2.5 hours at price of $300. I thought they would assign at least 2 people to do the work.
2. For 2.5 hours, $300 cost, this clean lady cleaned one small living room and 1.5 small bathrooms. And the job wasn’t impressive at all. My family was so shocked seeing the outcome of $300 expense.
3. The clean lady kept telling me that the company told her that she should only clean a living room, a bathroom and the kitchen. So when I told her to clean the downstairs half bathroom, she said she couldn’t. When I insisted, she did but skipped the kitchen.
4. When I wrote email to express my upset feelings about paying $300 for such limited service, I was told because I canceled their service within 24 hours and rescheduled 4 times(which is not true), so it is my fault. I honestly don’t understand this logic.
Good luck with using this company.

I have been a client of this MaidPro location for over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. My MaidPro Professional, Martha Moreta, is fantastic. Always thorough and polite, she even organizes my daughter's room - which often looks like a typhoon hit it. I actually look forward to coming home on my scheduled days!

Just had my first cleaning and it was excellent. The service provider was thorough, professional, and friendly and I have requested to have her be our regular provider. My wife and I have debated using this kind of service in the past, but finally took the plunge and so far we are very happy. The folks in the main office were also very friendly and helpful. They explained in detail what the service included and what the pricing options were. We are going to do a bi-weekly cleaning going forward, and the rate is much better than what I was quoted from other service providers. It’s great to start the weekend with a house that is already clean!

I just had my first cleaning with MaidPro and I have to say, I LOVE IT!!! Brian, the owner is highly responsive and the cleaners went above and beyond what they needed to do. I was reluctant to hire someone to clean, but with two full time working parents and two kids, it makes being at home SO much more relaxing.

They are highly experienced, came recommended from a friend, and are fabulous. Even folded blankets in my son's crib.

Brittany is the best ever. Most thorough cleaning, always on time, very pleasant to deal with.Would like as a regular.

We hired MaidPro for monthly cleanings of our 2-bedroom apartment. On the first visit, they didn’t clean 1 of the bedrooms and after they left and we inquired, they told us it was because the doors were closed to the bedroom. We were home throughout the cleaning on our porch and the team didn’t bother to ask about the bedroom or let us know when they were done. On our third and final cleaning, one person showed up to clean and worked for about one hour before leaving abruptly without saying goodbye and with the clean half done. Bed half made with pillows and blanket on a dresser, entire rooms untouched, only the toilet cleaned in the bathroom. Confused as to why they left with no notice, we checked our valuables and found three family heirloom pieces of antique jewelry were missing. We informed management of our disappointment with the clean but more importantly, our concern for the missing items and requested that the pieces simply be returned. They assured us they would follow up and we never heard from them again.

Martha is always courteous, and professional. She does a great job, and accomodates the occasional special request. She's fabulous!!
