Reviews of local pros in Dover, Massachusetts

the carpet cleaning specialist, benjamin, delivered exceptional service when cleaning our carpets. he arrived promptly, immediately got to work, even in 95-degree weather in dover, and graciously obliged when asked to revisit some areas. he left the place neat and tidy. while not every stain was entirely removed, the end results exceeded our expectations. we would certainly recommend these carpet cleaning services. thank you!

as usual, the crew from go green carpet cleaners did an exceptional job. zachary and benjamin arrived right on time, maintaining a professional and thorough approach. they identified and eliminated stains i wasn't even aware of on my carpets. now, my carpets in dover not only look great but also smell fresh and clean. thank you, jacob, for your consistent, high-quality service.

Our carpet cleaning professional from Go Green Carpet Cleaners was Benjamin, and he did an outstanding job. He was open and responsive to all my queries, demonstrating his expertise in the way he carried out his work and tidied up afterward in Dover. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.

We bought a couch from an estate sale that needed some serious cleaning. We were a bit worried that the tough stains wouldn’t come out, but then Benjamin contacted us to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was careful to cover the floors to keep them safe. Benjamin took his time with the couch, and it was clear he put in extra effort. After he finished, the couch looked amazing and smelled fresh! I would definitely recommend the services to friends and family.

go green carpet cleaners has been cleaning our carpets in dover for many years, and zachary always does an amazing job. he is friendly, pays attention to detail, and really understands carpets. plus, he tells you honestly what to expect with tough stains or special carpet materials. once, we tried a big-name carpet cleaning company you see on tv, but they didn't do nearly as well as zachary. if you want your carpets cleaned right and at a fair price, this is the company to call—they really are the best.

Jacob promptly arrived to clean the wall to wall carpet in our recently purchased older home, even with very minimal notice. He was excellent at communicating his schedule and arrival time, and he finished the job within the projected timeframe. We were present during the cleaning, and Jacob took the time to explain each step of the process. He even showed us some of the dirt he had removed from the carpet and took the time to explain about the eco-friendly cleaning solutions he uses. Thanks to Jacob, our carpet looks 100% better, and we can comfortably let our infant crawl on it without any worries. Jacob is not only very friendly, but he's also great with pets! I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning services.

I have hired a carpet cleaning service several times over the years. With four dogs and seven kids in my previous home, including a Basset Hound with oily skin, I needed a lot of help. They not only removed all the dirt from paws and skin but also deodorized the carpets so that there was no lingering dog smell. This was done in three different homes, and I received my full security deposit back every time! They were also flexible and rearranged their schedule on short notice to accommodate my request for a time change on a Friday afternoon. The service is prompt, reliable, honest, and works wonders on my well-used carpets. I wouldn't choose anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs.

I would like to express my appreciation for Go Green Carpet Cleaners in Dover. The gentleman, Benjamin, who came to clean the carpets was extremely diligent. He devoted the necessary time to execute the task proficiently. Benjamin got down on his hands and knees, tirelessly working on challenging stains until they were completely removed. His efforts were truly commendable. This was by no means a simple task given the carpet's age and the tough stains that came with it. Benjamin was also very amiable and offered helpful advice. The office staff, particularly Jacob, who handled my call was equally friendly and assisted me greatly. They managed to schedule the carpet cleaning within a reasonable timeline. It was truly refreshing to engage with individuals who delivered excellent service and conducted their duties with a genuine sense of care for their work. Their efforts to ensure a job well done were evident. I highly recommend their services.

I reached out to several companies for a quote on steam cleaning the carpets in three bedrooms, two hallways, and a living room in my home. One company I contacted responded promptly and was very helpful. I inquired about the cleaning system they use, and they explained that they specialize in steam carpet cleaning. They also gave me an estimate, noting that their technician would provide the final price once on-site. Their pricing was fair and right in line with the other quotes I received. I decided to go ahead with their service and arranged an appointment for a week later. When the day arrived, Zachary and Jacob came as scheduled. They were on time and took a moment to assess the areas before giving me the final estimate. After I approved it, they got right to work. The outcome was fantastic! My carpets look incredible. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received, and I believe you will too!

CARPET CLEANING - Benjamin thoroughly cleaned and refreshed my carpeted kitchen and foyer spaces. The result is simply stunning. After removing the old grime from the kitchen carpet, I was quite taken by the natural beauty of the carpet fibers, so based on Benjamin's expert advice and understanding of my preferences, I chose to only apply a water and stain-resistant treatment, rather than a heavy-duty sealant that might darken the carpet's natural color. This choice means that the kitchen carpet will need professional cleaning and reapplication of the stain resist treatment in a few years, rather than roughly 8 years if we had gone with the heavy-duty sealant. But I'm totally fine with that! I absolutely adore the more natural, matte finish of the carpet and I'm excited that it means Benjamin will be back to take care of it! Benjamin has immense knowledge and passion for his work which he carries out in a professional yet friendly and relaxed manner, providing excellent customer service. He also took care of cleaning my century-old fireplace surround and hearth, removing most of the black soot and leaving behind a reasonable amount of stains and wear that's to be expected from a structure of its age. The result is a refreshed, but not overly done look - just perfect. I highly recommend Benjamin for any carpet cleaning needs. In the future, I plan to also utilize his expertise for cleaning my furniture, as this is his lifelong family business and I trust him to deliver exceptional results. I've already recommended him to several friends. Great job, Benjamin!

After a decade in our home, we decided it was time to freshen up our carpets. We reached out to a local carpet cleaning company and requested a quote. We also looked into a couple of other options, including a well-known retail store known for its free installation and competitive prices. I thought they would offer the best value for our money. However, when we received the quotes, Jacob and his team completely blew the competition out of the water. Their like-for-like quote saved us over 30%. When the day arrived for the carpet cleaning, the team did an outstanding job. They were extremely professional and meticulous, ensuring the job was done to perfection! In the past, we've used this same company for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. They have consistently provided top-notch service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys for any carpet cleaning, restoration, or tile needs in dover.

I’m getting my home ready for sale soon, and I couldn’t find any other service available. I reached out to Go Green Carpet Cleaners as a last effort, and even though they were busy, they made time for me! I was so thankful, and once I saw the fantastic job they did stretching and cleaning the carpets, I felt like it was meant to be. I definitely plan to have them clean the carpets in my new home, schedule allowing. Clinton and Zachary were both very professional and friendly. I really appreciated their work and the results! It’s a shame we can’t give more than five stars; they truly deserve 8 or 10! I would definitely recommend them to others.

we finally found a fantastic steam carpet cleaning service. zachary called ahead, showed up right on time, and did a wonderful job. our carpets look amazing now—so clean! he sprayed a pre-soak cleaner and actually let it sit before starting the cleaning, which really made a difference. we will definitely use this service from now on and won’t go back to the big carpet cleaning companies, since their quality just isn’t the same anymore. with a family business like this, you can really tell they care about doing a great job.

The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, along with the cleaning and sealing of the tiles in the kitchen and entrance area. The tiles turned out beautifully, looking like new! While I felt there was a bit of room for improvement on some parts of the carpet, I communicated my thoughts as requested. The owner reached out to me and assured me they would make another effort. They came back and made some progress, although the carpet fibers were quite worn and challenging to clean further. I truly appreciated their dedication and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. I would gladly recommend them and will definitely choose their services again in the future.

After having a tough time cleaning my rug with a rented machine, I decided to schedule an appointment with Go Green Carpet Cleaners. Benjamin and Zachary were absolutely fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss fabric care and the proper use of soaps and chemicals for different materials. Their expertise was impressive, and they were both professional and friendly. The best part was that the entire process took just about 30 minutes with minimal chemicals used, and my rug looks amazing! I really wish I had called them sooner instead of trying to do it myself. Honestly, this was the best money I've spent in a long time. Whatever Go Green Carpet Cleaners is paying Benjamin and Zachary, it’s not enough! They truly represented the company’s values excellently. I couldn't wait to share my positive experience!

Go Green Carpet Cleaners are truly exceptional! I've had experiences with other carpet cleaning services that didn't prioritize customer service and left my walls with scratches and dents. Benjamin, however, is the complete opposite. He tends to my home as if it were his own. He's even managed to remove red lipstick stains from my carpet and has frequently cleaned my couch cushions when my toddler has had accidents during naptime. Benjamin is excellent - with three kids, I've had to reach out to him quite often. I've even contacted him during his off-duty times, and he still makes time to provide me with useful advice on how to avoid stains. His pricing is unbeatable and the quality of his work is outstanding - my carpets look as good as new! I would highly recommend this service in Dover!

A while back, I had a carpet cleaning service come to my new condo to clean all the carpets. They did an outstanding job. The technician, Jacob, was friendly, on time, and called ahead to let me know he was coming. I was really impressed with his work, so when I needed a small project done a couple of years later, I reached out again. Recently, I contacted them, and they scheduled an appointment for a time that worked for me. Today, I had the service done, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Jacob is now the owner of the company! The business is thriving, and he did an excellent job once again. He even took the time to clean one of my personal cars thoroughly for an extra fee. As a fly fisherman and with my girlfriend being a triathlete, that car needed a serious refresh. Now, it smells fantastic! I will definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. They were great before, but now they’ve really stepped it up. The pricing is reasonable, the service is top-notch, and it’s run by a trustworthy owner who communicates well and does amazing work.

One word to describe Go Green Carpet Cleaners is AMAZING!! I have been collaborating with Clinton and the team for many years at my properties. They are quick and efficient in getting the carpet cleaning done. They are always professional, courteous, and go above and beyond. If you experience a flood at your property, they arrive within minutes. So, if you want an incredible company that can save you money on carpet cleaning, this is the one to call. I appreciate all the hard and excellent work they have done!

the team was fantastic from start to finish with our carpet cleaning. zachary came out to give us an estimate, checking in the morning to make sure we were ready for his visit, and gave us a fair price. he answered all our questions and made us feel confident about choosing their service. when he came back to do the cleaning, he arrived right on time and did an amazing job. if you want great quality, fair prices, and friendly, professional workers, this is the company to call! the whole process was easy and even enjoyable.

this was the best carpet cleaning service i've experienced in a long time. from my first phone call to the drop off, jacob was professional, helpful, and always kept me updated. i needed my area rugs cleaned, but since they are delicate and can’t be cleaned with water, most companies in dover couldn't help. jacob understood right away and set up a pick-up for the very next day. he let me know it would take about a week, and that’s exactly how long it took. jacob called to let me know when the rugs were ready and brought them back the next day, arriving right on time both for pick up and delivery. he also called before arriving, which i really appreciated. my carpets looked spotless and were in perfect shape. i highly recommend go green carpet cleaners for anyone needing special care for their rugs. it's an a+ experience from start to finish!

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. Clinton was very friendly and professional. He fit us in at the last minute and was happy to work with our schedules, making everything easy for us. Clinton even helped me move a dresser! He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I will only use this service for my future carpet cleaning needs. The price was amazing—definitely the best deal in Dover for a three-bedroom apartment on the third floor. I can't say enough good things about the quality, the service, and how affordable it was! I will be recommending this carpet cleaning to all my friends!
