We have worked with Steve and his team at Whittemore’s Landscape and Design for every major hardscape and landscape project in our yard for the last 10 years. Recently, Steve partnered with us on a large pool design, hardscape and landscape project and it turned out amazing! I have found Steve and his team to be highly collaborative, communicative, hard working and also fair priced. We get so many compliments on our yard - everything from the unique hardscape design, stunning landscape lighting to all the carefully curated trees, shrubs and flowers that created a yard beyond all of my dreams! I highly recommend Steve and the Whittemore’s Landscape team! They are a fantastic!

They perform caterpillar spraying for my yard for the last few years. I have not had any issues since they have been spraying. They are very professional.

After the beginning to end experience I had with Whitmore Yard Care, I can't believe there are not more 5 star reviews. From my first call to the follow through after the job was complete, they were nothing short of amazing. My wife and I had been trying to find a landscape company to redesign and install some landscaping upgrades to our new home which had come with the typical contractor azalea and shrub package. Over the course of 2 full years we could not find a company that would follow through on anything. We spoke with no less than 7 supposedly reputable companies over a two year span and could not get so much as a quote. Then we saw the landscaping that some of our friends had done on a house they had recently bought and renovated and it looked incredible. We were told that Whitmore did the work and they were very happy with the experience. Therefore, we decided to give this yet one more try. From the first minute they answered the phone I knew we were dealing with a different caliber company. Her questions were relevant and precise. She was also very professional and attentive. She set a day and time for someone to meet us at our property, and did it without having to promise a callback. As promised, on the right day and the precise time, we were met by Cary, the owner of the company. From the first handshake it was extremely evident Cary not only knew his craft but was passionate about it. He listened to what we had in mind and then skillfully inserted his professional recommendations into the vision. I could literally see that he could visualize this whole picture in his mind. He spent as much time as we needed answering all our questions. They were scheduling 6 weeks out at the time (which was a bit discouraging at first) but I can certainly see why , now that I can see the finished product. Fast forward 6 weeks and we received a call telling us that they would be at our house on Thursday to start the job. As indicated, around 8:00 am a convoy of trucks and machines rolled up to our yard. A team of no less than 5 or 6 workers jumped out and started set up. They were all friendly and professional as well. There was no cursing or yelling as you may think might happen in setting with a bunch of guys working together. I took note of this because I have an 8 year old girl who was home at the time. They were true team. Cary himself checked in a couple of times throughout the day, but the foreman was perfectly capable of running the job. When they completed the job, the foreman told me he would be back at night to check the lightning and make any adjustments. As promised, he was there at dark tweaking the fixtures to the optimal positions. Everything looked amazing. sounds weird but I wanted to just sit in the driveway and look at the house all night.Fast forward 2 days and the doorbell rang. It was Cary. He wanted to personally make sure we were happy. Also, he said that he wanted to make a lighting adjustment on an accent tree they installed because the photo indicated the lights were "a bit" off. I am not exaggerating. This guy is the real deal when it comes to his craft, and he has also done an amazing job training his team to carry out his quality standards. I have to say, this overall experience exceeded my expectations at every touchpoint. I work in an industry that focuses on continually improving our customer experience, so I am probably more critical than most when it comes to expectations. By nature, I am always thinking of ways in which each experience I have could potentially be enhanced. In this case they checked all the boxes. A++. I never write reviews (good or bad) simply because I can't find the time in the day to sit down for 20 minutes to recite an experience, but in this case I had to. Thank you Cary & Team for an incredible job and thank you for sharing your passion and quality of workmanship on our home. We will certainly call on you in the future.
