The guys that were sent were outstanding. They explained everything and went right to work. They did the work quick.

We had a water tank that rusted out and leaking. They came that afternoon and installed a new one. We were very appreciative since the tank could have burst and we would be without water.

I am still blown away at the ridiculous estimate I got. They must have a $750 per man hour charge. One day project is $9500 with at most $500 in materials. I will never recommend them in fact, I will make sure everyone knows not to waste their time.

tried to change one of the switch and fix few other things,
hired for $1k+ job, and can't even put in smart switch like asked for.
thought this was electric company who should able to work and get the job done, but I guess they can't handle the electric job like it shown.
+ this was rescheduled visit breaking the first appointment from company.

Generally speaking, I do not rate/review companies, but this time I want share my experience: Easthampton Electric staff who was very professional, friendly and helpful. They did the 10 point inspection, they gave me an estimate which was reasonable, after I agreed with it, they completed their electrical work, and they made sure that I was satisfied with their service before leaving. I have to say that Their service is exemplary. Thank you R Jay & Carl for exceptional service. I will highly recommend.

This is the most disappointing service I've had in the area. They charge a dispatch fee, when they show up they tell you it's another few hundred to diagnose, then it's an exorbitant flat fee regardless of whether it's 10 minutes or not, then they asked for five times the regular cost for a part. I know businesses have to survive, but this is taking advantage of people.

Very happy with the service I have received from these folks! They came out last winter on short notice to restore power to my furnace. RJ is great! This spring I had him take care of my old Knob and tube, great communication, thorough and fairly priced. No surprises! Highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!

We have had Electrical Experts do work for us on two occasions and both times were very positive experiences. Both times the electrician was very professional and explained things well. The work was well done and on time.

When I called to schedule my yearly GE Generator service, as usual, Alora was very pleasant on the phone and happy to set up the appointment. I received a reminder phone call and texts, and Larkin arrived promptly on the date/time. The unit was evaluated and the service completed at a competitive price. Larkin was very polite and explained things clearly. I will continue to use Generator Boss for future servicing.

Company is prompt, efficient. Kyle, the electrician they sent, was amazing. Communicated clearly, worked efficiently and was completely professional and pleasant as well.

Dylan was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed as much as possible with available parts and came back when the remaining parts were available. The whole time, the discussion was friendly and informative. He especially liked our two dogs and they in return liked him.

RJ was super helpful, professional, and friendly! Made sure to thoroughly explain our issue and all our options for resolution.

Tyler did a great job on the light fixture installation. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend!

TLDR: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE. CONTACT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL WORK.

I called to schedule an electrical inspection for a house I am buying. I already had a general inspection and had a few specific electrical issues that my agent and the previous inspector recommended I have an electrician check out. Larkin and Kasey showed up and we discussed the inspection I requested. Over the phone, I was told the inspection would be approx. $250 plus an $89 dispatch fee. Larkin pulled up a first time homebuyer assessment and handed me her iPad to see the price. It said $482. I told her I was quoted $250 on the phone. She then called her supervisor on speaker phone who told her that sometimes the scheduler offers a discount and to only charge me $250.

I mentioned the specific areas I wanted inspected based on my general inspector's recommendation. Larkin asked me "was this an electrical inspector, though" as if to question the opinion of a senior contractor who knows electrical and provided me with a thorough 31-page report. During the inspection she did not look at the things I asked her to inspect.

Larkin remarked that my electrical panel was "old" (my house was built in 1918). I asked her to check the condition of the wires as some were older than others and looked like there may have been some DIY repairs. She didn't comment on those. Kasey toured around my basement and counted two open junction boxes. She told me that the best thing to do was to replace my panel with a 200 amp panel in case I want an electric vehicle (I don't) and to completely rewire my home. She could not offer me any estimate for how much that would cost which seemed odd if it's a repair she would typically do.

Larkin plugged a device into all of my outlets and told me I had voltage drop in most of my outlets >5% which presented a significant danger. There was nothing she could do about it today. She tried to insist on making an appointment for the next business day to conduct a "quality connection analysis." The analysis options came in three tiers ($429, $972, $1470), each with different numbers of actual repairs that could be made. The first, cheapest option included only one minor repair and even the most expensive option only includes 1-2 minor repairs per circuit. Who knows if replacing the circuit counts as a "minor repair" or not.

Finally, I was provided with a 10-point electrical safety evaluation sheet where my house failed (of course) and the quote for the other analyses. I included photos in the attachments to further illustrate how much of a scam this company is running as these reports provide little useful information. I asked if Larkin could send me an inspection report with quotes for the repairs she is recommending. She said yes, that she needed to work with someone back at the shop to do it, and I would get it later that day or the next business day. It's been two business days since the "inspection" and I have not received the quote. They also took several pictures of electrical fixtures in my home, and I don't know what they do with those. Finally, I was almost charged the $89 dispatch fee plus the $250 fee but Larkin's supervisor gave her permission to waive the $89 fee.

From reading the reviews here, it seems as if this company is preying on folks who don't know much about their home's electric situation and charging astronomical fees for useless analyses. I did not feel confident that I had real electricians looking at my home, given how little information they were able to provide at this visit and the implication that someone else besides Larkin would need to come back to do the repairs. Kasey, while professional, didn't speak for most of the visit.

I had to shorten my review because additional details exceeded Google's character limit.

Please be wary when working with companies with hundreds of Google reviews. Read the negative reviews. Good luck with your electrical repairs. Consider talking to a real person you trust and getting a recommendation for a licensed electrician.

We just finished having our entire home rewired by Electrical Experts. This was our third time using them for work on the house, and every time has been a pleasure. This project took some time, which was to be expected and RJ was upfront about that when he quoted us for the job. They started work the next day which was a pleasant surprise to get such a quick turn around after accepting the quote. Alan, Connor, Brennan, and Dylan did a fantastic job. The guys were kind and attentive and always forthcoming with any information that we would need to know as the project progressed, whether it be lack of power in certain areas in the home, what they were doing that day, or what was to come. They worked with us on adding lighting and making changes to locations of outlets and switches. Alan recommended certain lighting fixtures that would work for us and we absolutely love them. They took the time to show us things they found during the project such as damage or degradation in wires, which was to be expected in wiring that has been serving the home for over 80 years. To be reassured we were doing the right thing meant a lot. They did everything possible to minimize opening up walls and ceilings in the home during the project. I cannot thank these guys enough and highly recommend this company! Thank you so much to everyone involved in this large undertaking, including all the people in the office who are working behind the scenes. We appreciate your hard work!
