RJ was very helpful. He did not only do the job he was hired for but also helped me understand how things work and gave me advice on how to do other work in my apartment by myself.

Larkin was my technician.
She was very informative about what she was doing and very personable.
We had a lot in common with our love for dogs, which makes the whole visit easier

RJ & Conner , came faster than I expected! Polite , very nice men, checked my power, on 2 main breakers , and voltage going to other power circuits. All all i especially very happy with this service! I will call them again! Thank you RJ & Conner!!

Larkin my technician was very attentive, excellent guidance. There aren't many women in this field, and I was very happy to see a woman working in this role for the first time. I felt comfortable with her performing the evaluation.

I live in Arizona, but have a rental condo in Chicopee, MA. After a problem occurred in the condo, my brother contacted Electrical Experts and they were able to come out the same day. Upon inspection, it was determined that the electrical was way out of code, the unit is 36 years old and had never had work done. I accepted a proposal to get the work done, the appointment was scheduled with my tenant, and so the guys came and did the entire project in about 5 hours. They were so knowledgeable and courteous that my tenant was thrilled with them. It was a rather expensive job, but I am happy to have everything up to date. I am planning to sell the unit soon, so that will be a good selling point. The company sent a gift to the unit which I suggested that my tenant open and it was a box of homemade cookies. Now how nice was that? Since she has a toddler, I suggested she keep them rather than forward them on to Arizona. But how very thoughtful. Not that many companies are grateful so for their customers, but apparently these folks are.

Alan and Connor can out and did a fantastic job to install a dedicated line to the refrigerator in our 100+ year old home. They also installed to nice Hunter ceiling fans. They were both very professional and very nice. We would highly recommend Alan and Connor to everyone. Thanks so much!

Their crew of workers were wonderful. Very pleasant to work with answered all my questions, showed me all the completed work and best of all cleaned up after themselves. Friendly and I can't say enough about how all 5 that worked at my house, just make me smile all day. Kyle was my field supervisor used Larkin’s initial assessment to start our conversation of what I needed. He did a remarkable job of explaining options that grouped my needs and helped me prioritize “wanted” upgrades and “needed” fixes. Pricing and why that was the pricing was thoroughly explained and all with 0% pressure. Once I made my decision, Kyle expedited and created a very timely execution plan. Once work started, Kyle and Brennan were absolutely “beasts” in propelling the work forward (I appreciated the provision of two additional installers on day 1).

I opted for the full upgrade of plugs and switches with ceiling fan installs throughout (running the wiring to create the overhead service), basement recessed lighting (again running new ceiling wiring), upgraded electrical service and I added new properly rated electrical service primarily in basement (washer/dryer, outdoor, utility), and updated bathroom and kitchen to CFGI.

I simply could not be more pleased and proud of the outcome… not to mention feeling much safer with my much needed safety upgrades. Throughout, Kyle and Brennan were transparent and communicative, efficient and methodical. The work was delivered a day early and I received a thorough review and walk through with answers to all my questions and even information I did not think to ask was provided in a manner that I could understand.
