Dylan and RJ were very courteous, helpful in explaining options for the electrical repairs I needed to do in addition to a job that I had called them out for. I felt as though I had a good understanding of what the safety issues were, and what I needed to address, versus what I could hold off on addressing to another time. I appreciated the excellent customer service throughout the time the technicians were in my home, they were very careful, and efficient and got the job done even quicker than estimated. Very happy!

I called Electrical Experts with short notice and was lucky enough to get Kyle and Brennan out the very next day—total lifesavers as I prep for a bigger project. They were on time (early!), super professional, and immediately put me at ease with how clearly they explained everything.

They walked me through multiple options, made smart recommendations, and had detailed quotes for each path within minutes. The house has older wiring, but that didn’t slow them down at all—they were able to get everything I needed done that same day.

They also cleaned up everything—vacuumed, hauled away the rusty old fixtures, and left the space better than they found it. On top of that, they were incredibly kind to one of my pets who decided they were new best friends.

While the work was a bit on the pricier side, the speed, professionalism, and quality from first phone call and scheduler to the electricians who did the work, made it more than worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Electrical Experts again!

Kyle did an amazing job of installing a new panel and upgrading my whole system. He came early and on short notice and worked tirelessly all day long to get the job done. He went out of his way to do the job in the way that was best and in line with what I wanted. He was really great.
