Overcharged a customer of mine just to chip some bush already on the ground and didn't even clean up after. Will not be recommending in the future.

Cole and his crew were amazing! They spent about 3 hours helping us remove, prune and clean up our trees. They worked efficiently, professionally, and did an amazing job with cleanup after. I highly recommend their services!!!

I had a great experience with the team, I had two trees take down and another tree needed branches removed. Answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable price. Scheduled on time and left no mess.

Kevin and team did a great job taking out a large sugar maple from our property, in prep for solar installation. We had to wait a few months, due to weather and needing the soil to firm up (the location of the tree was difficult—septic and slope issues), but he was communicative throughout and made very quick work of it once they could get in. Reasonably priced, highly recommend.

Kevin has been out to help us with tree trimming and removal on two occasions now, and we have been extremely pleased with his professionalism, expertise and experience each time. He is very honest and trustworthy, as he does what he says he will do. The last time he was out I had asked him the price of removing a large tree from our front yard. I was ready to let it all go as I thought most of it was dead. But Kevin saw the potential in saving much of the tree, recognizing that it had been in our family and in front of our house for many decades. His thought was also of the tree, not wanting to destroy something that he thought still had good life left in it.

Very easy process. Courteous and friendly staff. Haven't looked at the rug yet, so I will come back for that after our renovation is done and we can unroll it.

Service person was friendly and professional. Didnt take very long for him to accomplish the task of cleaning sofa, which is now free of spots and stains. Looks and smells great too.

I dropped off three area rugs for cleaning. When I picked them up two weeks later, I was a little taken aback by one of the employees saying, “Do you want help putting those in your car?” I replied that would be great and he said “I figured you would.” Very unprofessional, but even worse was that when I got home and unrolled one of the rugs, it was all pulled out of shape. The sides are wavy and do not lie flat and the underside of the corners are all ripped. This was a rug that had never been cleaned and is only a couple of years old. It had no previous wear and was in perfect condition. It is possible that it is a material that should have had special care, but they should have known that and been able to tell me that beforehand. I wish I could post pictures. I immediately sent an email to the company and two weeks later have had no response. If they had responded in a professional manner I would likely not be writing this, but I will not go back.

Had a scheduled love seat and sofa cleaning appointment and everything went on schedule. Sofas needed a cleaning and they came out well. I was located on the second floor which was not a problem for them. Prices are better than others especially (LONGO). I will be contacting them again if I need this type of service. Advanced Carpet is hands down the best company for carpet cleaning in the area. When I had a question about a job they came back immediately to address my question and did the job again although everything was fine. Superior customer service and they stand behind their work 100% to satisfy the consumer.
