We don't even have an air filter in the unit. This is LAUGHABLE.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Moved into a new build in the winter (less than a year ago) and never used my AC. Well fast forward now that it’s hot outside, my air sucks. I have had to close every vent upstairs except for one, to get my room to cool off and it takes 5-6 hours to go down even 2-3°. I’ve called several times and left multiple messages and no response. A little inhuman. I’ve also learned from 3 other people in the community that they’ve had the same experience and that they all had their units installed wrong or were missing parts. Figures. If you want a response, I definitely wouldn’t choose this place. Thanks Mike.

Two different occasions MJ Heating saved the day! My first experience they came out when my central ac unit went down the next day after I called they were at my home, assessed the situation and gave me 2 quotes one for a standard unit and a 2nd for a hi efficiency unit and was fairly priced and performed the installation quickly and efficiently. ... My second situation was a year later and my furnace went down and again i was given a great price for a hi efficiency furnace and quickly scheduled and completed the installation in a professionally executed fashion... The thing I noticed on both times were the follow up phone calls and maintenance suggestions after the work was done and did not just disappear like some companies would do.... I would also like to state the fact that my Lady has a medical condition that involves uncomfortable breathing conditions and when Mike learned about this he reacted quickly like if it was his own Lady.... I truly appreciated the service and the quality of the final product as well.... thank you again MJ Heating & Air Conditioning!!!!

We came home to a 86 degree house during July’s heat wave. Central air conditioners quit. Called MJ Heating & Air Conditioning. He was there the next day. We were impressed with the immediate call back, service and pricing. MJ Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. 👍

I was having a problem with my central AC system and called MJ for the first time. Mike had a tech in the area and had him by. The tech was here within 1 hour and fixed the issue. The tech, Jake, was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Great service! Looking forward to working with them again.

I have used MJ heating multiple times, spending upwards of $4000 on various repairs and services. My personal experience is that they have really gone downhill. They employ young kids (age 16-25 by my guess) who don't really know what they are doing. I have heard them call their boss multiple times looking for advice. On one occasion, one of the "kids" accidentally by-passed the thermostat and left my heat running until it was over 80 degrees several hours later. On another occasion, one of the "kids" could not identify the problem, said "nothing is wrong", although on a future inspection it was identified that I needed new dampers installed. Going on...they said they would order new dampers and would install. And that's when all communication stopped. Its been a couple months with no updates or communication. They do not return any of my texts or calls, despite me being very polite and professional. I understand if you are busy but at least keep your customers in the loop or tell them that you can't do the job. Extremely disappointed. Cannot recommend them.

Got prices to install central air standalone system in house with no ductwork. MJ came in with best price and best schedule. Hired him to do the install. Showed up on time, finished slightly earlier than originally estimated (bonus points) and you would not know there was construction work done except for the cooler temp in the house. Fast forward to today attempted to start the system up, kicked on but no cooling happening. Called MJ, left a message, he called back this morning told me he would send someone over. Showed up as promised, fixed the faulty part (under warranty) now back up and running within 6 hours of when I called. Great service.

MJ Heating provides fast service, fair pricing and excellent work. We've called them twice (once for low freon, another for a bad capacitor), once when we had family staying with us, in the middle of heat waves, and they've always arrived within 24 hours and did the work fast. Can't recommend enough!

I had the pleasure of having MJ heating come to my house and replace my furnace and add central air. Their prices are very reasonable and Mike the owner was very honest with us.They did a great job. They were very perfessional and very clean They took the old furnace and all their trash with them. I would recommend them to my friends and family members . THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

We own a 2 story home that was built in the early 70's with no duct work and electric heat. Had Mike and his team install a complete gas furnace heating and central air conditioning systems. Awesome company to work with, their crew was always on time and friendly and Mike is a great guy. Highly recommended.

A transformer near my home blew out the furnace panel and another electrical part inside my furnace. Mike answered my call and had his service person, Dave, come and take a look almost immediately! Mike was upfront about the damage caused by the transformer and of the repairs and costs involved, and Dave worked tirelessly for over 5 hours and was thorough in making sure the furnace was working before he left. Many thanks to Mike and Dave from MJ Heating & Air Conditioning. My furnace is working perfectly! HIGHLY recommended!

MJ Heating and Air-conditioning replaced a 20-25-year-old Air-conditioner. Could not have gone any smoother from start to finish. Was on the phone within an hour after requesting a quote. Quote was email to me the same day job was looked at. Emailed Mike on a Friday night at 8:00 asking some questions and to my surprise, was answered in a half hour. Patrick arrived with his crew to do the job on time. Patrick and his crew were very pleasant and did the job without issues. Absolutely recommend this company!

Getting home late yesterday afternoon to find my AC not working at all, I called MJ Heating and Air Conditioning and Mike answered my call right away (which happened to be after hours). After explaining the situation and trying a couple of things Mike suggested first, it was arranged for me to text/call him first thing in the morning for a time of service. By noontime, Jacob came out, and after a few minutes, he found and fixed the problem (loose wire connection). My AC system is back on and working. This is the second time I've called MJ Heating and Air Conditioning. Both times, I've spoken to Mike directly on the phone, and he's arranged for someone to come out within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him for any heating or AC service.

Great experience and outcome. Lost our heat overnight and looked at reviews to make up my mind on who we should call. Within an hour of calling MJ first thing in the morning we received a call back and an estimated time when we could expect some to look at our furnace issue. Jacob was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. A rare part was needed and they luckily located one but did provide a realistic expectation it could be a few days. Solid customer service...they just added another satisfied customer!

My AC conked out on the hottest week of the year. Because of the age of the system it wasnt worth repairing. I called about 10 companies and due to the weather everyone was booked up solid. I called MJ, and Mike responded to my house within a couple hours. He had an estimate ready quickly and told me it could be done within a week. This was great news considering the time of year. I did my due diligence and got a couple of estimates. MJ beat them all by price and when the job could be complete . The two installation techs were great. They were friendly, efficient and have great taste in music. Currently im sitting in my nice cool house and i can barely hear(the old one sounded like a 747 landing) the AC kick on. I would and will recommend MJ to anyone.

We contacted Mike Monday night and received a quick response. His guys were at my house first thing in the morning. Absolutely loved the customer service. My heat wouldn't turn on, they came in and fixed the issue within an hour. The two young men who came were very friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely be doing business with this company going forward and we highly recommend working with them.

Our family had central air conditioning installed by Mike this year and could not have been more pleased with the results! Mike took extraordinary efforts to explain our choices, was patient and professional with our numerous questions and even installed the entire system within 4 days! Mj Heating was such a pleasure to work with. We had a heat/at unit installed in our newly renovated second floor. We absolutely love it!
It's so quiet, and keeps our whole upstairs nice and cozy. Mike gave a very reasonable price and the job he did was amazing. He installed the unit upstairs and outside very "cleanly", meaning the wires do not show and looks attractive! I will definitely hire MJ Heating again for getting our downstairs hooked up with ductless heating and ac. Mike will explain everything of what he will do and is super friendly. My husband I couldn't be happier with MJ Heating & Air Conditioning. In August, we dealt with another heating company who came out to our house to fix our AC. Unfortunately, what was done messed up our heat. When we tried to turn our heat on in September and discovered the problem, I called the other company 4 times, left numerous messages, sent texts, and never heard back. Fortunately, my father referred me to MJ Heating & Air Conditioning. We were able to speak with someone right away. Mike got back to us quickly and scheduled a time to come out. They showed up on time, were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and charged a very fair price.
