Ian & Ponch did a great job replacing both our boiler & water heater. They were very professional and left the work area cleaner than they found it. They even answered my simplistic homeowner questions about the new equipment.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Platinum Home Services. From the first repair technician, Devin to the 2 installers Ian & Ponch who did the entire replacement of my A/C Compressor and Evaporator Coil. They used tarps for the floor and cleaned up very nice. They respected our home like it was there’s.

If I had any issues at all, I would say the time it takes from reporting my repair to actually getting it repaired was approximately 5 weeks. But, I don’t think it was Platinum, we used a home warranty company and I think they were the hold up. Plus, we have the very new Freon technology.

I also have to give a compliment to the 2 ladies in the office, Christine and Tayna. Both were fantastic dealing with them.

Overall, I would recommend Platinum Home Services, as they did a Fantastic job at my home.

These folks are consistently skilled, pleasant, prompt and quick to respond. We have a triple decker and they have worked to fix and/or restore three furnaces and three hot water heaters over a number of years. Their field workers know what they are doing, and Christine is a delight to set up and evaluate the job(s). Can't recommend them enough!

Service tech was wonderful. Came in, identified the issue, ordered the part to repair and installed to get our system up and running. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

There were issues with the time we had to wait. The issue was reported at 4am on Sunday 1/25/25 through our home warranty vendor. The first tech visit was scheduled for Thursday 1/29/25. The part was ordered and we were told it would arrive 2/2/25 and a call would be placed to schedule repair. The part did not arrive until 2/3/25 and the tech scheduled to
Come in on 2/4/25 to complete work. This was done as promised. This was accomplished by the tech efficiently.

Customer service staff were also very good to deal with and I know it was a tough couple of weeks with snow and extremely cold temperatures but somehow the company needs to do better. 10 days to evaluate, identify, order and install parts seems excessive in such cold weather.

During this time, we ran space heaters, the fireplace, and turned the oven on with door open. It all helped but there were extremely cold areas in the home.

Back the normal heat. It’s a wonderful thing!! You don’t realize how much you need it until it’s gone.

Platinum reached quickly to schedule an appt even during a long holiday weekend. Devin came by knew exactly what was wrong went over the process in hopes a part can be ordered due to the unit being very old. But he was able to ordered a part right away and install it 3 days later. Heat is up and running. Thank You.

Nick was polite, respectful, and friendly. He is knowledgeable at his job and was willing to show me a few things around the faucet that I don’t know. I would use him again for any Plumbing problem, Nick text my landlady, Beverly to let her know when he would be at my apartment. Beverly forwarded the text to me and Nick was here right when he said he would be.

Less than 10 hours after filing a claim with AHS, Nick showed up and saved our Super Bowl Sunday. Unbelievable service and extremely professional.

As a realtor, I can tell within minutes whether a service company is solid — this one absolutely is. Seeing that this was my only toilet, he assured me it would be handled the same day. He was patient, thorough, double- and triple-checked for leaks, and left the space spotless — like he was never there

These guys were awesome and they gave me the best quote. Mike came and looked at the furnace the day I called him. The next day, his guys were punctual, efficient, and completed the job by lunch!

These folks are super knowledgeable and were able to de-bug my screwed up electrical problem with the condenser on my roof in the baking summer sun. Recharged and balanced my AC system. They got the job done right the first time. Money well spent

Mike responded withing 20 mins and came by my house within the hour. He fixed my a c unit in 20 mins and It was up and running. Was very pleased. Thank you Mike. I will recommend you to my neighbors and friends

MJ Heating and Cooling were polite, professional, and attentive to our needs and concerns. It was a very hot day and they were still smiling despite the heat.! Their work is very neat. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Very happy with service. They were prompt, very knowledgeable and a good value. Took the time to answer all my questions and explained the safety issues that can arise which eased my mind. They repaired my old gas furnace which will need replacing soon. I will be using them to do that. I highly recommend them.

Two thumbs up and 5 stars doesn’t do this company justice. They saved my elderly parents from the latest heat wave, showing up quickly and fixing their central air for a very reasonable price. They also told me that the two young men who came were very nice and polite. It is great to know there are honest companies like this one!

Our HVAC broke on the 4th of July. We spent the night on our couch because it was way too hot. We called other repair companies and they were booked out two weeks. These guys came the next day and repaired our unit. Were very professional and reasonably priced. Excellent service!

Sent an email through their site requesting a quote and stating our problems with heating system and requested a quote for service and fixing. They site stated they usually answer within 24 hours...two Weeks later still no answer or call. This was on a Saturday...the coldest day of Feb. I then called on Monday and was rudely rushed off phone but the woman who answered the phone said we'd get a call back. No call back. I then called again Tuesday..the next day... This time they asker for my address and again said I'd get a call back from a technician....this was around 9 a.m. Around 1:00 in the afternoon, our security cameras sent a message to my cell phone while I was at work and when I looked...it showed a technician was at our door!!! I had to call M.J. Heating to tell them I never got a call..the tech. Just showed up and we weren't home! Never received a call back after that and we definitely won't be doing business with this company. We went with a different company. Business lost money because of their lack of customer service...we are replacing our heating system with a more reliable company. Unless M.J. changes how they interact..or should I say don't interact with potential customers...they will continue to lose business.

Absolutely fantastic. Mike responded within 15 minutes and had a service man out to the house in a couple of hours. Problem assessed and repaired. Honest company and reasonable rates. Thank you for your excellent service.

If I could give a 6 star review it would go too Mj And his team of professionals . Mike responded within an hour of my call due to lack of Aircondition in my 80 year olds mothers room . Within one day he had his team installed a duck less air and heating unit . It was truly pleasure to work with a team of 6 Starr professionals !

In the middle of a heat advisory our outdoor unit stops working.
Called on Wednesday night and Mike was able to come over and replace my outdoor unit's capacitor Thursday morning. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Super nice guy. Found him on Google. Highly recommended.
