Triangle is fantastic!! They are all so knowledgeable. They cleaned our extremely complicated Viessmann heating system and were able to find the cause of an overheating problem we have had for over 20 years. No other heating professionals have been able to diagnose it including one of the guys from This Old House. They didn’t give up until they figured it out. They also installed a new Lennox A/C; I can’t wait until the spring so we can really enjoy that beautiful new system. All of the technicians were on time, clean, respectful, and polite. The owner Tom is just wonderful and Neil is a real gem! Thanks Triangle!!!

We had Triangle install a new furnace back in 2006 and whenever we need them, they come out and repair inspect the furnace. The last time was in January 2020 and the technicians were polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic job installing air conditioning in our offices and meeting areas at St. Martin's church in Providence. Their price was reasonable. The work was exceptional. AJ, Chad, and Tony did great work! They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them for any home or commercial job.

Every time we've called about our AC, the technicians have been great! Had an issue with my AC, called on Wed., and they were able to fit me in today (Friday). Super service! Turns out we have a busted compressor, so the technician wasn't able to repair my aging system, and was very apologetic (totally not his fault!), but suggested a couple options, which was appreciated. The unit was originally installed by a big box store subcontractor (will never do that again), and we've had various issues with it since. Triangle has fixed every issue for us. Can't say enough about them!

Not even a customer but when they saw me struggling to change my flat tire in their shared parking lot, three different guys came out to try and help and even came out with a proper jack to get the flat off.

Pays attention to every detail. Efficient confident installer's. Recommend highly.

Did a poor job with being on time, communicating, and actually made me go out and buy supplies to "finish the job". Called him the next day, because the freezer he worked on did not turn on. He said he would come the next day, and didn't respond until two days later stating "I just got your messages" charged me a high price and convinced me to write him a personal check, so he doesn't have to pay taxes. Probably wasn't even licensed. My fault for sure, Just giving everyone a heads up!

Very professional company! There slogan reads "Safety First" and they mean the safety of their customers and employees! Excellent experience and highly recommended!

My complaint is directed to one of the drivers of the company. When someone drive a car that doesn’t belong to him should drive with caution. Next time I will stop him. People drive like crazy on that street..

My AC was not working. The technician Jarred was awesome! Jarred went over everything with me, and explained and showed me what the problem was, and was able to get the AC working. Jarred was professional, courteous, and on time. I would highly recommend ATCO to fix and service your AC system.

Unexpectedly needed a new heating and hot water system and ATCO was recommended by a trusted friend. I cannot say enough about how professional, courteous, punctual and hard working they are. I had interactions with many employees as they send you the best people for each part of the job! Best pipe fitters, system people... to do each part of the job. Everything was explained to me in ways that were easy for a non-plumber like myself to understand. They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement cleaner than it was when they arrived! Shout out to Paul Albernaz and Jason. Wish I had the names of all who were here, but I am sure they know who they are!
Now I can't wait for them to start my mini-splits in a few weeks! :)

Over four months, we had many companies consult on our HVAC system - without a hint of a solution.
Jared has a complete understanding of the Fujitsu HVAC system. He has an intelligent and systematic approach. Jared thoughtfully went through our entire system, explaining each step along the way so I could understand the inner workings of the HVAC system. He even drew pictures to explain the system for me.
Importantly, Jared is good natured and reliable. He kept the appointments made and was in no rush to leave but stayed to figure out the issues and solve the problems. His follow up appointments were equally thorough and complete.
