HVAC reviews in Fall River, Massachusetts

Marc's Sheet Metal sent four men to my home to change out an oil tank. They were very professional. They had an eye for detail and proved that they were very knowledgable in their trade. All four were always busy doing their part during the install. They cleaned everything up when they were done and even shook my hand at the end of the job. (Don"t see that often in young men today). I give Marc's Sheet Metal 5 👍's up.

Years ago my husband had Marc's sheet metal install 2 Lg units. I recently called them back to have them install 2 additional units in other rooms.

Marc came to the house when the company said he would to look at the job and give me a quote. He was professional, kind and prompt. His quote was what i had anticipated and he was upfront the equipment might take a few weeks to come in since we are in the midst of the pandemic.

Once the equipment came in, which was sooner than i expected, he scheduled his crew to come in and install. His crew was prompt, professional, clean and went above and beyond with answering questions regarding my older units and checking them out.

I would highly recommend them for any job you might be considering.

Marc's Sheet Metal installed a new AC system in my cafe. They were very professional, reasonably priced and did great work. I highly recommend Marc and his team for any of your HVAC needs.

Called Marc's Sheetmetal on Monday 7/3 because our ac wasn't working. Left a message with the answering service stating it was not an emergency and could wait til after the holiday. I got a call about 15minutes later and he said he was on his way! 30 minutes after that our AC was back up and running and he said he'd be back in the fall to ensure it's not leaking. Thanks guys for coming out on short notice!!
Highly recommend!

I recently had an issue with my furnace staying on. I called Marc's and told him the issue. Marc quickly diagnosed the problem and over the phone walked me through fixing it myself. Marc and his team installed the furnace some years ago and were very professional and courteous. I went back to them for my central air install. I recommend Marc's, not only for the installations but also follow on maintenance.

Marc and his crew were efficient, considerate of our home, got the job done, as specified and were done. The techs worked very hard and were polite and took time to ask if there were any questions and answered any that I had as the work progressed. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and took all trash away so they could start anew the next morning. It's a wonderful thing when you hire someone who does as promised, with no surprises! Would highly recommend to friends and family..

My heater broke this morning at 7am, and I am writing this review at 9:45am to say it is already fixed! These guys are AWESOME. They inspected the heater, immediately knew what the issue was, had the part at their shop, left to go get it, came right back and it was fixed within an hour! If there was a 100 star review option, I would give it to them. Simply the best!

Marc came right to my house when my AC died on one of the hottest weekends of the summer and got it back up and running right away! They always provide great service and at an affordable price. Cannot recommend them enough!

Installed the entire system in one day!!!

A “chain” company had installed a new central air system a few years ago, it was not done well. Marc’s sheet metal was recommended, we called and received a quick reply, they assessed the problem areas and rectified them timely. His staff was friendly, cleaned up after, and took the time to explain to how the system works. Will definitely use them again.

I called Marc’s sheet metal after receiving an estimate from another company for my central air unit. I wanted a second opinion due to my unit really never giving me any problems over the years and I was surprised to hear the entire unit would have to be replaced. Not only was the problem pretty much diagnosed by the helpful woman who answers the phone, it was repaired in a matter of a day or two. It would have been sooner if my unit wasn’t so old that the part had to be ordered. She had the technicians come out within a half hour of me first talking to her. I cannot say enough about the office workers and technicians at this company. They were all unbelievably knowledgeable and very courteous. If you need any repair work and you want it done quickly and correct the first time, call Marcs Sheet Metal!

We had new heating and air conditioning units installed in December. The onsite staff is skilled and knowledgeable about the systems they are installing. The business office responds in a timely manner and takes the time to explain. We also had duct and vent cleaning following the installation and were very pleased. I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

We called Marc for a quote on 1 ductless air conditioner split unit. He came by the next day to give us a quote. He called the next morning with the quote and was able to install the next day. He said his crew would be here at 8 am, they were here at 7:30. Awesome!!!!
His crews, say 5 guys, came in and laid down a red carpet on my kitchen floor so they don't drag in dirt from the outside!! They used drop cloths
so they wouldn't get any dust on the floor.
they left the house the way
they found it!! They went the extra mile!! Impressive!!! The guys were courteous, knowledgeable and didn't stop from the time they walked in until the job was complete, which was only like 3 1/2 hours. This company is amazing!!!!
We would highly recommend them. Great work, great people , great price makes for a very satisfied customer!!
Thank you Marc to you and your wonderful crew!!!!

Marc put our air conditioning system in when we built our house 20 years ago. We have been happy with it and had no issues over the 20 years. Recently our upstairs unit stopped working ( of course on the hottest day of the year)! Marc came out the quickly and was able to resolve the problem. I am glad we chose Marc's Sheet Metal to be our HVAC company. He provides good quality service and quality products along with great customer service.

Marc came highly recommended and we can see why. Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. The job was done in 1.5 days and Marc and his crew were simply superb. I’m not one to write reviews, but Marc and his team are well deserving of these accolades. Thank you so much!

I have owned and operated a residential construction company since 1981 building mostly high end homes. I have used several HVAC contractors thru out the years , most of them very good. Marc's sheet metal is at the top and has become our go to HVAC subcontractor. Marc's crew is knowledgeable, as is Marc himself, and do excellent and neat work on our jobs. In the 10 years or so that we have used Marc's Sheet Metal, we have had no major problems and in the rare cases there is an issue, the response is excellent . I have and will continue to recommended Marc's to anyone that asks for a reputable HVAC company.

I have been using Marc’s Heating and AC (sheet metal) for years now. He performed the original AC install in my existing heating system. He has helped me when I have needed maintenance and the occasional emergency call. My adult children have also used him for their heating and AC needs. He is immediately responsive when there is an emergency. The pricing is fair, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend.

We called them yesterday with an issue with our heating system and they were at our home within 20 minutes. We have been dealing with Marc and his crew now since 2016 and have always had a positive experience with him and any of his workers! Great team and always a pleasure

Just had a central air system installed by Marc 's Sheet Metal.
I am more than pleased with the system and the service.
The crew that Marc sent to do the work were not only knowledgeable
but courteous .
I had two other companies come out and give me a quote and Marc's
was the best. I highly recommend Marc's sheet metal if your looking
for any kind of air conditioning work.

I contacted Marc regarding my old heating system which needed to be replaced. He came out next day, evaluated my system and gave me an estimate same day. Within the next week, my system was replaced I can’t say enough good things about Marc and his team They are very professional, and can accommodate any situation that you might have. Don’t hesitate to call them.

We talked with many sales people from other companies; however when dealing with Marc's Sheet Metal we had the opportunity to deal directly with the owner of the company. Marc explained the options that would suit our needs, as well as the type of work his installation team would be doing in our home. They were in our home for two days; they were courteous , professional, and left not a trace of debris. My family and I thank you for your hard work. The system has been a lifesaver this summer. We would highly recommend Marc and his team for all of your air conditioning needs.
