From my first conversation with his office administrator to the completion of the installation the process, I always knew we were in the right hands.

Marc's Sheet Metal installed a new central air conditioning system in my home. I had a system that was 21 years old and failing. Marc came out promptly to give me an estimate after I called him. He went over a couple of options for me. I told him what option I thought would be best for me. He had my estimate done the next day and I hired him and his team of professionals. They exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time on the installation day. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and they were professional at all times. Marc also did all the warranty paperwork for my new system. I would not hesitate to hire Marc and his team again.

I have had Marc’s Sheet metal install a new gas heating system and two air conditioning units, maintain our heating and a/c every fall and winter. Recently they fixed a non functioning bathroom fan. Always professional, with excellent service. .

Marc's Sheet Metal installed our A/C system many years ago. When we recently had a problem they responded quickly. Just as when they installed our system this company is very professional and dependable. The men that came to fix it were very competent and didn't leave a mess. Excellent customer service and work! Our furnace quit on a Friday and they came out that same day, performed all the diagnostics on our 14-year-old unit and gave us the inevitable bad news. But they left us with 5 space heaters (that worked perfectly!) and installed the new furnace on Monday morning.
Worked all day without a break. Left the basement in sparkling condition and explained everything in easy-to-understand layman's terms. Answered all our questions and gave us some great advice, re: the operation of our HVAC system. Will DEFINITELY use them when our AC meets the same fate!

Marc's company did a fantastic job installing AC in our old house. The architecture of our house posed many challenges. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and excellent clean up when the job was finished. Marc's installed three new LG split A/C units in my home. They came out fast to quote the job, and provided a very reasonable price. We were able to get on the schedule quickly, and their team was very professional with a focus on quality. The job was completed on time, and the team left my home clean on their way out. We have used the A/Cs twice so far, and they work great and are very quiet. I would highly recommend Marc's if you are looking for A/Cs.

Our thermostat panel went blank. We changed the batteries but the a/c still did not turn on. We called Marc's Sheet Metal and two technicians arrived in minutes. They noticed our furnace had been shut off. A flick of the switch and the a/c was on. It was less than an hour from the phone call to the a/c flowing. No charge for the service call! Amazing! I highly recommend Marc’s Sheet Metal. I contacted Marc concerning a heating/ac system that was not functioning properly. He graciously assisted (when others would not), conducted research, performed a load calculation and was able to diagnose the multiple issues. A new system was needed, Marc provided a quote, obtained all equipment and quickly scheduled the installation. He was proactive and dropped off heaters to use while my heat was out. The installation team arrived on time, they were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation. Week of Christmas our oil tank was oozing and needed replacing before ordering more fuel. Marc's crew of 4 young and strong guys muscled out old tank and put in a new one, ran new lines to heater and h2o heater all in under 4 hours. I also must say Marc stayed in contact with me and offered to bring heaters for us. His crews really know what to do and guys worked great together. Left NO mess. Also must add that they also came a DAY EARLY so we had a toasty, warm Christmas. I can't be more pleased. Marc's also has done many other heating and AC jobs for our entire family. Temps outside were around 5 degrees... my heating system went down... i called Marc @ approx 9 a.m. ...left message with answering service and received callback within 10 minutes...tech asked a few questions...said he would b there within 20 minutes... tech arrived promptly...diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes.. all repairs within 30-40 minutes... Woke up to no heat in the house. Called Mark's Sheet Metal. Two service techs were at my house by 8:15. Adam and Zack were pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. They had the problem fixed in no time. Rates were very reasonable, especially based on an emergency visit. Have referred them to other family members with the same outcome.

We were looking for a central air quote in a home that already had central heating without breaking the bank. Our neighbor used Marc's Sheet Metal to have central air installed and highly recommended them to us.

Marc came to our house for the initial quote. He was punctual and professional. We received our quote a few days later and it was by far the lowest quote out of every company that we received a quote from. My husband wanted a specific unit and they obliged, no problem. That obviously made the quote higher, but we wanted a different unit and it was still way under what we were quoted before with lesser units.

They booked me for two weeks later to have the central air installed, but had an opening and got it in a week early! I was super delighted for that as I loathe the summer heat.

One of Marc's crew stopped by the day before to check on the electric panels again, which was absolutely wonderful. I love a business that does thorough work and double checks everything.

The crew that came were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and very down to Earth. They were a pleasure to have in my home and cleaned up when they were done. I told them they didn't have to clean the floors because I was going to vacuum and mop anyway, but they insisted on leaving everything the way it was before they entered. I respect that greatly.

They made sure everything turned on and worked, and showed me the new features on my thermostat before they left.

Contacted Marc this morning on the recommendation of our oil company because our furnace wasn’t working on a cold winter day. The control board was fried and wiring damaged. Marc and his team were quick to get here even with no prior relationship with his company! Luckily he had the control board in stock but the job was a bit more complicated as they needed to rewire parts of the furnace to get it operational. He and his team were fantastic and ensured that the furnace was working properly (heat and cooling) before leaving our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future and we are very thankful for all they did to help us!
