I have been hiring Green Abundance by Design over the last several years and have always had a great experience with them. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries, questions, etc. They do a great job, and I love their mission of creating ecologically sound landscapes. They also have taught me quite a lot about native versus invasive plants over the years. I highly recommend Green Abundance.

Highly recommend Green Abundance by Design. They are helping us get rid of some very tough and highly invasive plants. We worked with them last summer and look forward to having them back for treatments and yard clean up again this year. Mike is knowledgable and honest upfront about pricing. We are fortunate to have him guiding us on a plan to eliminate our invasive plant problem.

We used Green Abundance by Design to help us with an invasive plant problem and we couldn’t be happier with the results! It was great to work with Mike who has a deep understanding of the issue and laid out a comprehensive plan to deal with the invasive plants. On the scheduled workdays the team arrived promptly and worked diligently while onsite. We really liked that they worked carefully around the native trees/plants to ensure that only the plants that didn’t belong were removed. Furthermore, the crew was courteous, friendly, and respectful of our property. They left our yard in great shape, going above and beyond to ensure no debris was left behind. We look forward to working with them in the future.

This is our second year using Green Abundance By Design for spring cleanup. We have fairly extensive gardens that require edging, pruning, and mulching. Both years, the team has been a genuine pleasure to work with and have produced consistent, skilled, and beautiful results. Mike's communication is also top-notch. He is very assessable, prompt, polite, and provides all the details I need to understand the scope of work and project timeline. Not only is this a great company from a sustainability standpoint (I love the natural mulch!), but they're also very reliable and have consistently demonstrated their dedication to quality work. Andrew and his Green Abundance team made my dreams come true this fall when they installed a Suburban Meadow garden in my front yard, cleared a mess of invasive trees ,and planted a Woodland Restoration garden in my back yard! Andrew has great vision for design and detail, wonderful plant material ideas and a collaborative approach that made me feel both included and supported in this large landscape project. The Green Abundance landscape team are professional, skilled and efficient in their work. Everyone was very approachable and knowledgeable when I had questions. I can't wait to have them back next year to work on part two of the Woodland Restoration garden!

Green Abundance by Design is excellent. True professionals. They knew all the plants on my property, what issues to address when, and worked within my budget. They did an amazing job. Green Abundance designed and maintains our pollinator-friendly native plant yard (in lieu of a front lawn). We are entering our 3rd season and are very pleased with how our plants are thriving, and the beauty it lends to our property and to the neighborhood. This past week, Eric and Alex did a stellar and thorough job with the spring cleanup.

Green Abundance has been working with us for about 2 years, now. They cleared a large area of invasive vines, replaced it with native shrubs and replaced an area of lawn with a native meadow. They have maintained that work and are helping with our existing neglected plants. They are great to work with and we really appreciate their expertise and good advice.

Michael and the team are always very responsive and great at communicating. I appreciate their extensive knowledge on dealing with invasive species. I’d been battling bittersweet along with other fast growing plants and was losing the fight until they got involved. They are very meticulous and precise in how they approach a problem. I recently used their spring cleanup service and was pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Green Abundance. From our first experience to our most recent, they have been thorough and highly communicative. Their proposals are extremely detailed, with links and resources. They email/text when they are going to come to do the work, and the best part is that they send videos of what they completed every time they come. The clarity this provides has been an outstanding feature as a customer. Their communication style is not only fast and detailed, but they are respectful and kind- whether the owner, managers, or staff. Green Abundance is also mission aligned; during the proposal process, they were the only company to hear and deliver what we wanted for native plants and environmental sustainability. They also went back and researched more native plants when we raised concerns about toxicity in plants and our young teething puppy, sending links and research on the potential plants and existing plants in our yard. I also highly recommend their invasive plant management. They were incredibly thorough in extracting invasive plants around our entire property, including the surrounding wooded areas that abut our house.

Simply, every step of the way, Green Abundance has been fantastic. I genuinely enjoy every interaction I have with anyone from this company.

Green Abundance, led by Field Chief, Michael Croci, did an incredible job of tackling very dense areas of invasives on several large areas of our farm.
The Field Staff were prompt, courteous to a fault, capable of following detailed instructions about what to remove vs what to save so clearly had excellent botanical identification skills so hard to find in most landscape operations.

We hired Green Abundance by Design to remove invasive plants that had taken over parts of our backyard - including bittersweet, swallow wort, pokeweed, and some poison ivy. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Mike (Project Manager) clearly explained the removal process and was very easy to communicate with. Technician Jason did a great job clearing the dense areas and even provided a very helpful and detailed video once he was done. We are very happy with the outcome and would welcome the team back without hesitation.

If you need to transform your yard look no further. Andrew was very communicative throughout the process, provided very detailed information in my proposal, and was able to work within my budget for a two year project of turning my backyard into a bland rolling hill into a beautiful and intentional suburban green oasis. We are only halfway through the full scope and I am blown away by the progress. Thank you team Green Abundance! :)

Rude and unprofessional

We hired Contreras Landscaping to replace our old concrete walkway with a new paver walkway. The results were amazing, high quality work. They were very professional, they did everything just like we wanted, and they finished in 2 days like they had told me. They also reseeded my damaged lawn area for new grass to grow. The front of the house looks great now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. A+ work

Really good guys I was unhappy with a few of the stones and they pulled them out and re did them. No questions asked. I will be calling him back for future work.

I have been very pleased with this company for my lawn care last year. They were always helpful, and gave me wonderful suggestions for improving landscape etc.
