I hadn’t used Obie in years, but after some ups and downs with other companies, my contractor encouraged me to give them another shot—and I’m so glad I did. Blake was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, patient, and incredibly organized. Most importantly, he took the time to walk me through exactly what was going wrong, why it was happening, and how he was going to fix it. No jargon, no brush-offs—just clear, helpful communication and a real sense of care for the work. It’s rare to find someone this thorough and respectful in the HVAC world. Blake completely restored my faith in Obie, and I’ll be sticking with them from here on out.

Santiago Aguirre did a maintenance check on our AC, applied a fix and supplied us with a quote for repair should we choose to proceed. Throughout the communication and service was quick, accurate and documented. It was a pleasure and we intend to use Obie again for maintenance and repairs in the future.

Obie did an outstanding job installing a new heat pump. There were able to expedite my request on tight timing, arrived on time, kept our house clean/tisy and completed the installation in one day. Santi was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me about how my boiler works. No one has ever taken the time to do that in the 22 years I’ve had my home. He is so knowledgeable. I am really impressed with everyone I have met at Obie! I feel well taken care of!

So I called Obie after I had trouble getting scheduled and some other issues with the HVAC company that I’ve been with for years. They were super professional got me scheduled quickly. I cannot say enough great things about Cris and how he helped me. Great experience and I will use them again.

Amazing! I desperately needed an HVAC repair since it was summer. Tel helped me get and amazing price for the repair and Bruno and Andree did an amazing job. They placed mats on my carpet floor so they didn’t make a mess and they even vacuumed the whole place when they were done. It was pouring outside but it didn’t stop them even if they had to go outside to do half the repair and had to make multiple trips up and down since I live in an apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Woke up with no heat in the middle of January and Obie was able to get a technician out and identify the issue within the day. Efficient, professional and friendly guys.

He was very friendly to both me and my dogs, which I always appreciate. Furthermore, Santiago was extremely professional, thorough, and explained to me every step of the way. He even went the extra mile of showing how to fix the issue myself should it occur again. I will continue to use Obie for my HVAC needs, as they consistently deliver great service.

Obie is great! They installed my boiler 11 years ago and have been servicing both the boiler and my minisplits ever year since then. I’m a member of the Obie club and get all of my units serviced each year as well as any repairs that are needed. Obie has always been very professional. It’s a must to have good heating (and AC) in New England! Definitely recommend!

This was the second time I use their services. They are very responsive. They are very thorough and this includes the explanations of what they did with photos and as well as clear recommendations if needed I will continue to use them and just signed up for their service as I am very happy with them.

I was recently in the market to upgrade my ancient heating system to modern heat pumps. This was a long process and a lot of thought went into the type of system I wanted as well as the contractor to install it. I got several quotes and Obie's came in on the low end. There was another highly rated contractor who I considered, but Obie's proposal seemed to be a better value. As the installation process is winding to a close, I thought I would take a moment to recommend Obie. The whole process from the first visit for an estimate, to the last visit to accompany the building inspector, Obie has been great. I really value up front, honest communication, and Obie has met my expectations. Not only was their initial estimate more thorough than any of their competitors, but their follow-through has been exemplary. They made two minor mistakes during the installation, that they apologized for and fixed immediately when I brought them to their attention. The office team has been so helpful throughout the entire process including seeking rebates with my town, and their technicians seem both knowledgeable and thorough. They show up when they say, and they work efficiently. I love the result of the installation. My house is warm and I'm looking forward to air conditioning in the summer. I feel that I couldn't have been better taken care of. I am so pleased.

Have had a great experience with Obie. They installed our new heat pump last year. Part broke one month after warranty expired, but they worked with the manufacturer to get a warranty part and installed it for free. Santiago was great to work with. Have used Obie to service all of our HVAC systems including old gas boiler. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

A smart homeowner gets 3 quotes before hiring a contractor(HVAC replacement).I got 5. From start to finish, this company has been super professional. Tel, the sales rep, gave us a fair offer and was always available and attentive. The installers, Bruno and Diego, were professional, polite, and left everything clean. Great experience so far. I hope it continues and I’d be happy to work with them again.

I think I am lucky that I finally chose Obie Comfort from my 6 quotes of different companies. How can you do business in such a great way! Very quick response from my first call and then the technician Anthony came to my place on time. He looks young but experienced and knowledgeable. I just pointed at my AC and he knew what I was going to say and what the problem is. He explained everything I am concerned and gave me a proposal in two days. I am very happy with the first round estimation and evaluation. Then just in one week, today, I have my new AV, super quiet equipment with high efficiency. The installation team: Macgyver and his team members, they are amazing. (I am so sorry that my attic where they work is too hot. Poor working environment.) I guess he must have double majors : engineering and art. My condenser location is tricky and other companies’ design is not that good. The AC pipe will extend along my sidings and roofs and jump over the gutter. Look at the pictures that Macgyver did. Clean, and neat. They are artists, aren’t they? They are so professional and they clean up everything when they finish the work. Much cleaner than it was. Now I get my new AC just before the super hot week. I have already referred them to my friends and neighbors. Good staff, great service!
