I had a terrific experience with Obie Solutions yesterday. I was notified ahead of time of the name of the technician arriving and was impressed with the promptness of his arrival. Santiago Aguirrre knocked on my door and introduced himself, and all I can say is what a gentleman he was! He reviewed my AC issue with me and quickly set about checking the system to find the problem. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing along the way. I was very impressed with his politeness, and very calm and patient manner of informing me of the different options available and costs. Santiago was definitely one of the most professional service technicians I have ever dealt with!

Santiago from Obie Comfort Solutions did a thorough job and I am very satisfied. He performed annual maintenance on the oil furnace and replaced the whistle assembly on the oil tank

Santiago performed the annual maintenance on my gas furnace. He did a very thorough job and was very helpful when I had questions. I think the maintenance service fee is a little high and if I had purchased a filter through Obie it would have been exorbitantly high. That’s mainly why I said the service was overpriced. No complaints about Santiago. I would have him back again.

Diego and Matt came to clean our units yesterday, and, like always, were professional, considerate and cheerful.

Obie did a great installation about 7 years ago, and now I have them maintain my 3 units. They’re always professional, on time, and friendly. Obie is also easy to reach and is very responsive. I love this company!

I am very pleased with Obie Comfort Solutions for executing the turnkey installation of replacing my old boiler and water heater tanks with a new high efficiency Viessmann Boiler and Indirect water heater tank. It was a very good experience from start to finish from quote to Invoice. Their workmanship was of top quality and tied small loose ends without batting an eyelid to ensure that the customer was happy. In fact, the owner Obie made it a point to visit and inspect the installation. I would be happy to recommend Obie Comfort Solutions to anyone.

He is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He answered all my questions and explained easiest way possible! Happy to recommend, even to have him back incase of any issues with boiler!

The heat was not coming on in my upstairs zone even tho the thermostat said that it was running. I first had my heating system contractor come over and they attributed the problem to thermostat, which was installed by Obie 2 months ago during a service call for my AC system, which was also installed by Obie 5 years ago. Blake did a thorough job troubleshooting the cause of the lack of heat in the upstairs zone, and found the fault to be a relay prior to the zone valve. What's more, he said that this probably occured when my AC system took a voltage hit 2 months ago, and that he should have found the relay fault at that time. As such, he did not charge us for the visit. Very nice to see that Obie stands behind their work!

Scheduled maintenance. Matthew arrived at scheduled time, I gave him a brief of what I was expecting and what I had observed about my furnace unit. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He performed the services requested and briefed me with photos of everything that he had performed. Excellent service!

Santiago Aguirre was very detailed, friendly and certainly knew what he was doing. I've dealt with multiple boiler maintenance folks and they are often times grumpy but Santiago was professional and certainly knew what he was doing.

They installed 3 HVAC systems and a water heater in our home and have been servicing them since then. Their technicians are very professional, great to work with and explain in detail what work needs to be done. Their office support and communication is very good and responsive. I highly recommend them for all HVAC, hot water and general heating and cooling needs.

The service folks at Obie are exceptional! I had a system maintenance and Santiago took informative pictures and a video so that he could report on his findings. My two-furnace system is only five years old and I highly recommend Obie.

Obie Comfort Systems was a great choice to put AC and heat in my house with Daikin Fit ducted systems. The installers Andre and Ale were professional, tidy, timely and kept me up to date. The electrician was great too. The project was completed in a very timely manner. And the house was left clean. I will be enjoying this home improvement all year long.

Been a part of their service plan for our oil boiler, Santiago has been great the last year. We had a zone fail on us and they were out and replaced the pump quickly. Really appreciate him walking me through exactly what failed with pictures showing evidence he did what he said and explaining how it should behave going forward.

Santiago from Obie has been servicing my house for several years now. He has always been knowledgeable and professional. He recently diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue that had been overlooked by another technician.

Santiago was fantastic! We had him come to our condo building to make sure our small industrial Smith gas boiler was functioning properly, after not having it serviced by anyone for over five years. Santiago was friendly, and professional. He ran numerous tests and inspected everything thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the functioning of the boiler, since I was also trying to learn how it worked and what to watch out for. I highly recommend him and Obey Comfort Solutioms. And kudos to Kami, who I originally spoke to when I made the appointment with. She was very helpful on the phone, and made sure she sent someone with expertise on our type of gas boiler (Santiago). All in all a great experience.

OBIE is an amazing company to deal with! From our starting call to our actual service we received unbelievable service. Their customer service is outstanding, professional, articulate. They contacted & updated us through the entire process. Technicians were very knowledgeable, attentive, everything was reviewed & explained to us in detail (pictures included). OBIE is company that actually cares for their customers. Santiago and the other technician were great and the entire office staff Ken, Lisa & team were outstanding.

Santiago Aguirre arrived at the time I was told. He provided maintenance on the furnace that was not working (no heat or hot water). He tried several parts until he found one that worked but it was not the correct part for the furnace. He returned the next day with the correct part. He provided information on what he was doing and clearly explained the next steps. OBIE ensured I had someone come to the house as emergency service. Thank You for your support.
