Great communications! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when you’re talking on the phone. The technicians (plumbers in my case) are friendly, polite and clean everything up when they’re done. This is the third time I’ve used their service and I will be calling them again soon for my next project.

We've used Landry for about a months now. They installed our heat pump system and now came for the checkup as well as maintenance for our has boiler. Everyone from Landry has been super nice as well as professional. Work is done quickly with info up front on how much things will cost. We are so glad we chose Landry!

Both Joe Viveiros and Corey Menard were fabulous. We have no issues at all with the service provided, and are greatful to have heat today. We do feel that your communication system is highly flawed. On our 5th day with no heat, we made three calls 2 hours apart between each call, and did not receive any calls back until my husband finally called and spoke to Gabby directly (who was excellent). All we wanted was a status update. We were not asking for an appointment time. We wanted to know if parts had been ordered and if so when they were expected in. I don't know if your answering service is actually staffed by Landry, but receive zero communication almost made us call Garabedian instead. Your actual technitains were great. Your communication was horrible.

Aaron (and Landry) provided wonderful service as always! Aaron took the time to review the issue and determine the potential issues and solutions. He explained everything in detail and took care of the ordering, any warranty questions we had, and returned once the part was available to quickly replace the part and ensure everything was functioning as expected.

I cannot recommend Landry Mechanical enough. We happened to have issues with our heater the week before our newborn baby was due. We had the entire HVAC replaced to a heat pump which happened to overlap with the week we brought our newborn home. The project took 5 days and every single person who came into our home was kind, courteous, respectful and cognizant of our new baby. Josh, the project leader was amazing. Highly communicative, super nice, and respectful. There was alot of work going on but the team made it into the best possible situation it could have been. We are extremely grateful. The heat has been working great!

I called them early am after one of my outdoor ac units had stopped working overnight. They were very responsive, on site in a couple of hours with the repair completed in short order. And during a heat wave. Excellent business.

My HVAC was having issues and I needed to find someone that could help me .. in the middle of June .. in the middle of a heat wave. BnH HVAC was able to come out that same day I called, diagnose the problem, and fix it right away.

Why does big company: BNH Plumbing park their vans in front of my house everyday? I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They keep their offices and work space in a run down house in a residential area and they bother everyone with their vehicles. Their employees are paid under the table. You get the picture.

Jose arrived on time (within 24 hours of when I called), swiftly identified the step I had missed in my attempt to repair my AC condenser, was courteous and respectful, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He also gave me some pointers about maintenance which I know to be very true. I've worked with many HVAC providers and plan to stick with BNH for all my future needs.

Our experience with them was the best. They changed our oil heater to gas and we have no regrets. They worked hard and completed everything on schedule. Roberto offered us several choices and worked with us to provide exactly what we needed.

Roberto was very responsive. He gave me a time and showed up on time. Provided me several options to replace my failing hot water heater. He answered all my questions, explained all aspects of his decision making and provided me with the best option. He is very professional. When he left, we had a new heater and he left the area clean. His pricing was on the lower side. I definitely recommend him.

Roberto and his crew work very hard to give the best service. Roberto is an honest and honorable man who does his very best to make his customers happy. There is no truth to the review written a year ago by "Tom" I am appalled at his review. His review was not factual.

BnH HVAC was recommended to me through a mutual contact. Roberto was my main contact at BnH and he was great to work with. Roberto is up front and transparent about your heating and AC systems. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my existing gas furnace. When offering me pricing and options he was able to let me know which brands he recommends based on reliability. I was able to replace my gas furnace, AC, and evaporator coils for a competitive price. Payment options are flexible and invoices are provided for all payments. Roberto was able to complete all the work in 2 days with his crew. Roberto was able to help me compile the Mass Save paperwork for the high efficiency rebate, and he also helped me put in a new smart thermostat. The furnace worked very well throughout the winter keeping my gas bill a lot lower and the AC is working well now that it is summer. I look forward to having Roberto continue to service the units he installed and highly recommend him for any HVAC repair and installation.

Pro Comfort Control AC & Heating got our 30 year old furnace working again! Our technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He worked diligently to fix our very old system, despite it being more complicated than expected!

Pro Comfort control did a fantastic job switching our house from oil to heat pumps. They are extremely thorough and diligent installing and walking you through everything you need to know. Pat even worked with us to move one of the units after it was partially installed to a better placement. Couldn't recommend enough!

Once we decided how we wanted to go forward, the work was scheduled quickly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. My 30 year old cast iron boiler was making a lot of banging noise every time it fired. I started my search for a replacement by reviewing the BBB heating contractor reviews. Pro Comfort stood out as a company that was capable of very technical work from their photos. Ryan came to our house and quickly explained what he could do for us, followed by a quick quote. Ryan suggested a high-efficiency combination boiler made by Lochinvar that could supply our Tri-level house with heat as well as domestic hot water. A key request from us was to make the installation as compact as possible. This would be a challenge as the house has 5 zones. Ryan and his crew arrive on time and quickly began
working. The old 600 lb. boiler was carefully and cleanly removed from the basement even though the path was through a newly laid engineered floor and stairs. Ryan constructed a new mounting wall for boiler and over the next 2 days created an installation that could be considered a work of modern art. As engineer, I recognized Ryan's extreme attention to both detail technically and esthetics. The components that were used were of the highest quality and were assembled using the latest crimping joinery avoiding soldering. The job consumed over 140 feet of copper/PVC pipe, countless fittings and valves. On the last day the boiler starting working with no issues and I was amazed how quiet it was. Working with Ryan was a pleasure and I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing a new boiler. From the beginning to the end Pro Comfort was highly respectful to us and our home.
