I am so glad that Prime came out for annual cleaning of my AC unit before this heat wave started because they found evidence of mice attempting to live in it and 2 electrocuted mice that had begun to chew on wires. I am eternally grateful for this discovery before it was too late.

I recently had my 24 year old central air system replaced with a more efficient heat pump. Prime Heating and Cooling were my installers. The crew was great! They were on time, on schedule and did a thorough clean up when finished.

Had them put in a Mitsubishi split system with 4 room units and rooftop compressor unit in 3 story condo. This was definitely a challenging installation with a crane to set the unit on the roof. These guy's were very professional and got the job done.

We have a double furnace / heat hot water plus forced hot air /ac. Complicated system no chimney that had not been serviced in years due to many won’t contract with pellet stove also. Victor and Michael did a great job getting this older system running smoothly. They were very polite and knowledgeable of our system. Gave me a fair deal and cleaned up work area. I will definitely use them again. I’m a pleased customer!

Unfortunately need to edit my review. The first time I contacted this company it went well. The second time they couldn't keep the appointment even though I pre paid 200$. After calling twice to get a refund I still have not gotten my money. I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. very disappointed.

This is the second year that James has serviced our boiler, and he is excellent! He is personable, efficient, neat, and answers all of our questions. He found a couple of minor problems and took care of those. When it is time for our boiler cleaning next year, I will insist on having James come to our home. Thank you James!

Victor was friendly and professional. Great education on “fins” in electric baseboards and Navien maintenance check. Got the Membership and worth it. Will be assessing the price for Mini splits down the road. Communication has been great re arrival times , etc. Thank you 10/10 Stars!

Prime Heating & Cooling is a GREAT company. We just had our whole house air conditioning system annually maintenance completed. James, the technician, did an excellent job. Not only was he highly technically competent, he identified a few minor issues and corrected them. He noticed the covering for the outside connector was a little loose and fixed it. Also, he noticed a wire that was exposed and again corrected the issue.

He did a thorough inspection of the condenser (outdoor) and the air handler )in the attic) and also replaced the air filter. He also checked the coolant and checked the temperature when he turned the air conditioning on. Very thorough and very capable technician.

Prime installed our whole house air conditioning system and not only did a better design and installation than two companies that I interviewed they were competitively priced. One example of the design and installation was air return ducts they installed multiple returns while the other two companies were going to install only one return.

It was time for my wife and I to choose a company to purchase a Ductless split- type AC for our log home. We went through our due diligence and once again chose Prime Heating and Cooling. This will be our third one purchased from them.
