We’ve been using Reardon for many years. They’ve guided us through the process of new installation of heating and AC. Great, honest, affordable service.

I was in an emergency on one of the coldest day of the year and not only was Reardon able to assist in an emergency but was professional, responsive, and so great at communicating. I will definitely use them for work moving forward and suggest you do the same.

I called these guys due to a water leak I was having about 6 months ago and they said that there was a cracked heating core that cost me a couple thousand dollars but would fix the leak. Water still leaking so I called them back and some kid that knew nothing said it was from my hot water heater which it clearly was not. Got Chris to come back and he glued some drainage pipes that he said were loose. Still leaking. Called back again and Tom said they would come by yesterday and they didn't but that he would call in the morning to get someone out today and they didn't. They basically gave up on everything and have decided to just not respond to me anymore so I had to find someone new.

Working with Reardon was the most phenomenal experience ever. These guys are amazing. So professional and the job was done perfectly! Reasonable and reliable. I’d recommend to anyone!!!!!

I have three thermostats, Chris came to run the c wire for two of them which worked, but he changed the wire for the third one which caused no power on the wire any more. So I called Chris who said would come back to check the problem. Then he stopped answering the phone call and text messages. So I went to their office, Tom (Chris' father) who's the owner, promised to come and it took about two weeks for him to come by. But he didn't know how Chris changed the wire, so he said he would check with Chris. But until know still no response. It's almost three weeks without heat in my kitchen and dining area. Would not recommend them at all.

Had a primary appointment where they checked things out and told me what may be wrong and what needs to be done. I called to make follow up appointments to fix the problem with my AC that they diagnosed. I called and waited patiently for days for calls back. I did this multiple times and never got calls back. This went on for several weeks. Ended up having to go with a different company that helped me quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. The problem wasn’t even what this company initially said was wrong with my AC, it ended up being a less expensive fix than what Reardon HVAC was going to do. I was extremely upset with this company and services and would not recommend. I’m only posting this now because I just got an email several months later asking for feedback 🙄

Chris and his team at Reardon put in a high-efficiency furnace at our new home. From their support line, to the workers, to the owners, everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient with all of the questions. I would recommend this family-owned business to anyone in the greater Franklin area, as their price, their service, and their quality was top-notch!

I called for service on my gas furnace as I had no heat. It was still fall so not an emergency, but two young men came out later that same day. Had to order a part and were back within a day or two. Still would not work after installing part and owner himself arrived to check things out. I ended up needing to replace the furnace which was done promptly. Competitive pricing, great guys, attentive and worked neatly and efficiently.

I have used Reardon for my HVAC equipment. They recently installrd a new high efficiency furnace one day after my heating system gave out. Chris Reardon and his crew made quick work of the job. Chris is easy to work with and most importantly kept me informed of work progress. No surprises. I highly recomment Reardon HVAC.

Decided to try Reardon to find a coolant leak. The repair person that arrived solo was very inexperienced. He only had a wand and said he couldn’t find the leak. I asked him if he checked the back side of the furnace or if he had a light as there was dye in the system from another leak investigation and he said no. He called his boss and with a straight face offered to replace my AC and lines to address the leak. He also offered to add coolant. I said no, he left and they invoiced me. I called another company and within minutes found the leak at the TXV valve using a light to find the dye. They tightened the valve and wrapped it, added coolant and AC works. I do not recommend Reardon.

In 2019, we moved into a house with a 13 year-old central AC system. by 2021, at the 15 year mark, it began to fail. We called Reardon HVAC. They were very responsive and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the old system could not be repaired as it was outdated, Freon-based, and parts could not be obtained. Chris gave us a quote for a new system, and his team began installation shortly thereafter. They were professional and efficient. The new system has been great. I signed on for the annual maintenance contract. Very pleased with the service of this company.
