Not only did they offer the most competitive pricing, but they took the time to listen to my needs (unlike some other companies that tried to upsell me on heat pumps). Accurate focused on providing exactly what I wanted.

The install process was seamless. The team was incredibly clean, diligent, and easy to communicate with. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.

Bryan and his crew did an awesome job, showed up exactly when they said, explained what they were doing all along the way, were able to trouble shoot some issues that popped up, were clean and professional. Also great that they have electric services as well so everything was coordinated at once. Would highly recommend.

My rental properties are now serviced by Accurate. The technician, Steve, was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He took the time to show me how he was performing the maintenance and he suggested an upgrade, but not as an upsell. He didn't have the parts with him. I felt the price was fair, and I liked the office scheduling person, who was very helpful on the phone. I found Accurate online after my prior plumber and HVAC company both stopped answering the phone after many years of service. I felt lucky to find Accurate. My appointment was only 1 week from my call.

We got two Heat Pumps through MassSave and Bryan went through the entire process with us from the tiniest detail to the grand scale flawlessly. No question was a bother and his entire team was so courteous! They really inspected all the existing equipment that was working in conjunction with the new equipment and fixed all the littlest drips and squeaks so it is as if our entire system from water to heat to air co is brand new! Couldn’t recommend them more!

We had two custom comfort mini splits and a condensing unit installed into our home. Adrian was our service technician. Quick install , awesome customer service and a very affordable price . Definitely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services in the Franklin area!

The service professional that came to the house was knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond what I expected to ensure the furnace was working properly.

Clean install, knowledgeable technician found an issue with return air and was able to correct it on the same visit. Super professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Jake and Dean were awesome - checked out our furnance (in really bad shape) and returned to install the new one within just a couple of days. Super knowledgeable and hardworking. We used Accurate Baker Elman for our a/c replacement this summer, too, and can’t recommend them enough!

Tyler was very professional in diagnosing our issues with our furnace/heat pump. He was able to go through testing and confirm that we did not have any outstanding issues, and also offered to replace a filter that was old.

The team came right on time and provided great service! I have zero complaints. They fixed my furnace in 45minutes and gave me some insight into what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. They also let me know that my unit, being older than 20years, is likely on its way out, but they didn’t try to get me to pay to fix it right then and there. I will definitely be giving them a call again if needed.

Great company to work with. I was worry at first but the more I communicated with them I could see how they were making me and family comfortable after our furnace broke during the holiday. They didn’t break the bank for us and the quality of work was great. My Furnace and AC installer guy was Kevin and Ryan. They explains my options and was honest. I was pleased with the work. Easy to work with and addressed my concerns and questions.

After a few quick and diagnostic questions, Tom took a look at the thermostat and the furnace, checked the wiring, realized that our dual fuel system had one wire misconnected and fixed it. System responded immediately. He waited for a few minutes to ensure fix. He was professional and timely. Can't recommend highly enough. We paid for the expertise to do no harm, diagnose, and fix efficiently.

I can't say enough good things about the ABE team, they spent a full day installing our new system and stayed late to make sure everything worked properly. Cleaned up the area and were polite and respectful the whole time they were here. So happy to have worked with an HVAC vendor that provides excellent service, I will use them for everything moving forward.
