The technician from TF Complete Heating and cooling, Trevor R. did a complete tune up on my AC unit. He started outside then inside the house including the attic and changed the ac filter. Trevor is friendly and knowledgeable.

This company personifies the phrase "death by a thousand cuts". After a year and a half of working with TF Complete, we're unimpressed. They installed a heat pump system in our home a year and a half ago, and sold us the "most efficient" and "newest technology" available, claiming it was the best. During install, their workers made a wrong cut in our tile to accommodate a vent. Their solution was simply to slap a bigger vent cover over it. Great. They also left our old exhaust exit hole in our siding stuffed full of fiber glass. Had to twist their arm to get someone to properly fix and seal that.
Then about a year later, the whole water heater needs to be fully replaced. Ok they did it, but made a big deal about how they should be charging us for labor because it happened two months after the one year mark. Shortly after that, a sensor blows on the AC unit. We call to tell them we suspect the sensor needs replacing, they send someone out to confirm. $139 to confirm what we already knew. Then it was an extra $265 to actually replace it. You'd think with all the issues we've had that they'd have the courtesy to at least waive that diagnostic fee.
After the one year mark you're screwed, even if your problems started around the one year mark and haven't stopped.
On top of all that everyone who's come into our house has walked their dirty boots all over our carpets without a care. One of the guys we've dealt with regularly is rude and condescending every time he comes out. He seems like he'd literally rather die than do this job. Andy is their only redeeming quality.
Go somewhere else that actually cares.

Complete Heating diagnosed my boiler failure immediately and fixed it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. The techs that came were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Service call on Wednesday, installation of new furnace on Monday. We truly appreciate your prompt handling of our situation especially considering the very cold weather conditions. Also, the phone call from Steve checking in to make sure our furnace was continuing to work through the weekend was greatly appreciated.

Tom came out within an hour of my call post blizzard as I had cold air blowing. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes and all is great now!

We had an urgent, no heat, problem. They responded immediately and came as soon as possible. They found the cause to be a ventilation problem and resolved it by clearing the vent. They also checked the furnace was working properly.

My annual maintenance revealed a problem that needed a part. It was ordered and a followup appointment scheduled. During that fix the rep, Jeremy, espied a corroded pipe that could soon cause a serious leak. Another appointment ensued and Jeremy cut out and fitted the new section of pipe. All was done quickly and efficiently within a week and a half. I can now go into winter confident of my heating system thanks to the professionalism of the TF Complete Heating and Cooling staff!

5 stars for the service, but I would give Jeremy a million stars for being a superhero. Not only did he fix the heat (perfectly and efficiently), he literally saved my life! As I was showing Jeremy the location of the heating system, I became confused, had an attack of severe hypoglycemia, and lost consciousness. He broke my fall, brought me safely to the floor, ensured I came to, then made sure I was recumbent and safe. He got help on the phone and when the danger had passed, he refocused and somehow managed to finish his work, checking on me every minute or two to see that I was okay. For this, he only accepted profuse thanks and a slice of cake in return. Jeremy, if you're out there, THANK YOU for not only being an amazing technician, but more importantly, an exceptional person! You are incredible!

We needed our lines from our mini splits to the heat pump replaced. Matthew and his helper did a wonderful job. They came on time, got the job done in one day and left all the areas they worked in clean. Even our dog loved him. I highly recommend Matthew and Tf Complete heating and Cooling.

The service technician did an excellent job during our annual gas furnace maintenance appointment. He inspected and tuned the controls, boiler chamber, exhaust system, zone pumps and input feeds for water and natural gas in a precise, efficient and very expert manner. Thanks!

The Complete team just finished our new AC installation with heat pumps, and we couldn’t be happier. We had a central air system installed upstairs and mini splits on the first floor and in the basement. The quality of their work and customer service exceeded our expectations. TF Complete (Formerly Tom Fricker) has been my go-to for years, installing my first furnance 20 years ago, and recently replacing it with an updated one. They were quick to respond, worked with me to try to save the old one, and then worked quickly to get me back up and warm during the winter. I like working with a local family business. The manager (Andy) was the same person that installed my first furnace 20 years ago! That level of continuity says a lot for the type of business being run. Thank you!

I called Complete Heating & Cooling the morning of 1/15 because the heat in my house was pumping heat of 75 degrees in several of the rooms and we could not lower the temperature.
Complete Heating came out to the house an hour later and fixed the problem.

Upon a surprise furnace failure in the coldest single digit temperature week of 2026, a call out to TF Complete sent two steller technicians named Jeremy and Trevor to our house on short notice. They were prompt, courteous and professional and after some thorough diagnostic work, they were able to walk me through what the failure was and then get a short term fix and a long term replacement in motion quickly. By the next morning two equally great installer technicians by the name of Peter and Matt arrived with a new furnace and all the miscellaneous parts and materials to replace the old clapped out furnace. They were just as prompt, showing up when they said they would and courteous, professional and well prepared to get right into the work. By early afternoon they had completed the change out and reconnecting to electric and gas with new smart thermostat, programming, testing and a thorough cleanup to leave us feeling settled, satisfied and warming back to a cozy temperature. Very satisfying to work with a great team that provides exceptional customer service and care at a price we felt was very fair. 5 star rating on this transaction all the way (including Barbara who took our first call to Pat who worked on the quote, order and schedule process to Kim for the final payment transaction) Thank you to the amazing team and company!

If I could give a zero rating, I would do so. I received a $350 bill for someone to come out and blow dry a frozen tube. I called customer service to get a breakdown of the charges because that is an exorbitant amount for 20 minutes of work and no materials used. She was very rude and told me, “Well, that’s just what it is!” I tried to contact someone higher up to discuss this matter, but no one has called me back. I’ve been waiting for weeks. I don’t feel that overcharging people AND being rude is a recipe for success. I won’t be using this company ever again and I will definitely let others know not to use them.
