Darrell and the Lighthouse crew did an outstanding job for us with a large custom-designed patio, landscaping around a pool and play area, and a pea stone driveway with an apron. Communication around the projects was easy, their prices beat other estimates we got, and the work was done on schedule and with great attention to detail. They really take pride in their work. I highly recommend Lighthouse.

Darrell and the guys at Lighthouse have been absolutely great to work with. We moved to the area and asked them to clear out a large area of overgrowth and get it ready to plant grass. They also cut and trim every week or two. Darrell has been really responsive, the crew is friendly and approachable, and they’ve done really good work. They show up when they say they’re going to show up and charge me what they say they’re going to charge me.

The crew at Lighthouse Landscaping is exceptional. Darrell is extremely professional and responsive and the deck they built for our waterfront home in Gloucester, MA is one of my favorite features. His crew has been mowing our very large lawn for over 20 years. There are also generous donors of time and resources to the beautification efforts by the volunteer group Generous Gardeners who care for public flower gardens in Gloucester.

Darrell was easy to work with and his crew did a fantastic job on our yard. His project foreman, Hugo, has great vision and came up with tremendous ideas to use the existing boulders in our yard to create a natural looking space. Well done Lighthouse Landscaping!

Darrell and his highly skilled team did a total redo of our driveway to correct very serious flooding issues. They installed two drainage systems, precisely placed pavers, and rearranged giant rocks to give the driveway more parking space. Overall the area is now beautifully landscaped with an efficient drainage system. I want to describe his team of workers as serious artists as they carefully measured and cut each paver for precise placement. I would highly recommend Darrell and his team. We have been doing business with Lighthouse Landscaping for at least15 years. This is a great company. Everyone really cares about. the result. We have a beautifully landscaped property and Lighthouse Landscaping meets a very high standard for maintenance and special projects.

I'm not sure who instructed the crew to remove our organic mulch that we laid down this year, but we had a 400 squarfoot perennial bed that was wrecked by the mulching crew. We just placed 400 sf of mulch down ourselves at the end of fall mixed with a ton of organic compost and enhanced with blends of local mycelium cultures that break down bark mulch and enhance plant growth. While we were away the lighthouse crew raked it out. I can't explain how frustrating it is to have another years flower season compromised and ruined. We have had similar issue in the past. Please have someone with some sense of horticulture supervising your mulch crew. Plants were raked over, stems are broken all over, other plants were totally covered in mulch and smothered and are dead, or stems with blotches of mulch hanging off of them. All of our phlox were killed. Astilbe smothered in mulch didn't last long. Lunaria patches were raked out. Other germinating plants like nasturgium wiped out entirely.

Lighthouse redid our patio and walkway and they did a fabulous job! We had just had both done a few years ago and they didn’t hold up. Lighthouse came in identified the issue and redid the areas. It looks amazing!!!! The guys were all friendly, polite and hardworking. A+ company doing A+ work!

If you live on Cape Ann and have a problem with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher,, washing machine or dryer. Third time lucky for me! Call these guys let them know the error codes or problem. They come with an intelligent idea, the diagnostic tools and the parts and they will be honest with you. Have had old Kenmore washer and dryer fixed and a burner on a GE stove.burner fixed for very reasonable prices and saving me hundreds They will let you know if its not worth a fix. This service is RARE nowadays. Call them if you are in this category! Steve (Easy to talk to too!)
