Excellent service and their technician Tony was great! My washing machine needed a new part which he replaced the same day and got it working again.
I would definitely use them again for any appliance repairs.

1st Choice Appliance Repair is one of the best experiences with customer service, repairs and honesty. We have had Alfredo work on two of our dishwashers in the past 2 years. With the most recent cold weather snap. We suffered a frozen inlet valve. I call 1st Choice and I got an appointment within a few days. Alfredo showed up on time, knew what the problem was right away and fixed it and explained the issue in less than 1/2hr. He was friendly, polite and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need an dishwasher repairs.

Alfredo was friendly, prompt, and did excellent work. He fixed not only the main issue (fuse), but cleaned out vast amount of lint and replaced the cracking dryer belt.

Alfredo was at my house a few days after my oven died. Fifteen minutes after his arrival, my oven was repaired. He also took the oven door apart for me to clean, something that another repairman refused to do. Pleasant and affordable. Highly recommend!

Tony was very knowledgeable of my wash machine. He was professional and friendly. Took the time to listen to me explain what I saw happening. The company has great customer service. Actually, picked up the phone in 3 rings to a real person.!! I called on Friday before the holiday and she scheduled me at 9 am on Monday. If it wasn’t the holiday of Friday I am positive the would have come out in 24 hours. They are a small family father son business. Support local and small businesses!

Rose was professional. pleasant and efficient getting someone out to look at our stove/oven before Thanksgiving. Tony was professional and very cordial. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately. One part they had to order, and that only took a couple of working days. The communication from both him and Rose was excellent. Texts and Emails outlining when Tony would come. There was no waiting or wondering. They are now my go to company for appliance repair work.

Decided to go with this company because of their years in business and their customer ratings.
They came on time for my scheduled service appointment.
We were having issues with our oven.
The technician checked out the oven and said it was the igniter that was bad.
He replaced it, checked the oven on a couple of different oven settings and said it was all set.
The first time we used it we were having the same problem.
I called the company and explained the situation.
After explaining what the oven was doing and sending them a video they said that we would need another $461.00 worth of work on top of the over $260.00 we already paid them for the igniter.
We told them that we didn’t want to put that amount of money into a 6 year old stove. They understood and offered to refund us the cost of the igniter plus labor for the install.
We agreed to that and they said they would mail us a check.
The check arrived after just a couple of days.
Thank you for understanding our situation and promptly reimbursing us.
