I had an emergency and I called asap drains and they couldn’t figure out the issue and left without resolving the issue with a loose pipe . I called roto rooter and Joe rocca came and he was very professional and kind
He was able to resolve the issue in minutes and also fixed the pipe from asap drain for free . Fantastic job couldn’t be happier

2nd service person that came to clean drain, Joel was very knowledgable and explained what he did.

1st servive person that showed up 5 hours late, Van, was not very experienced. She was vey courteous and tried hard to solve the problem but did not have all needed tools.

No charge for second visit.

The tech never gave up, kept looking and trying things. His professionalism was over the top, actually impressive. In the 3 hours he found the grease clog and worked on resolving it until he was satisfied it was right. He ran into supply issues, but thought out of the box to finish the job. I was very impressed!

Sorry to say, I did not get her name. She was at my home Saturday. February 18 in West Peabody I had three other people come to my house could not resolve the problem. She came in within an hour she resolve the problem cleaned up after and was very helpful. I was very impressed with her. Thank you for your service.

Called in the morning after seeing water on the basement floor. By the afternoon a tech came out to unclog the drain line running from the house to the septic. He was efficient and thorough. About a week later another tech came out to put a camera down the drain to check and inspect the previously done work. Very satisfied with both and with the job done. The 6 month guarantee also really helps in case the clog was caused by something else.

The technicians were skilled, courteous and professional. They fixed the original problem and identified a larger, even more serious issue that was resolved in the process, avoiding potential disaster & a far more costly repair down the line. I’m glad I called them and would definitely use this service again.

dispatcher said crew would arrive between 10:00-14:00. apparently crews were really busy, and did not show until 14:30. but dispatcher called me regularly staring at 10:00 to let me know status, and called again 20 min before crew arrived. joe did the work, and he was excellent. explicit about all costs, what to expect, etc. when problems came up he handled it professionally and got the job done. highly recommend roto rooter, and even more highly recommend joe.

Burim was amazing. He came right away and went straight to business. He cleared up my main sewage line and was very informational. He even explained to me that my water heater has a leak and I need to call the city right away ( I’m a new homeowner so I’m pretty clueless) he explained to me exactly what needs to be done in the long run and how I can avoid this problem again. He was very professional and informative. I would refer Burim to my family and friends. Great service overall.

Our plumber was Gary and he was excellent! This was a complicated job, as I live in a townhouse and it involved two back-to-back units. There was a clogged drain and Gary had to go back and forth between units. This job took several hours to complete, but it was finally resolved! I would highly recommend this plumber and this company!

Edward and Jovanny are amazing technicians! They helped to unclog my bath tub drain. Both of them are very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them. They took their time to explain everything patiently and helped to unclog my drain with their tools. Both Ed and Jovanny are great and made the tough job very easy. Very happy with their service. They also helped to perform treatment and provided post cleanup care.

The plumber who did the work for us - Frank Cormo - was exceptional. Very competent, excellent work. We highly recommend. We had a sink back up and needed to redo the drain, pipes and set up. All done efficiently and competently. He was also very pleasant to work with.

We had a clogged kitchen drain from excessive amounts of raw meat going down the disposal. I tried snaking it myself from the cleanout under the sink and got about 8’ to the blockage but I was unsuccessful. The RR Rep was super professional and worked at it for 2.5 hours iteratively clearing the blockage. Joel was awesome. Yes - RR is expensive, but they get the job done and you can count on them showing up when you call.

The technician cleared the drain from the house to the street. He arrived within the hour specified. He was very respectful ,well mannered and careful when moving the equipment through my house. Given I did not know where the out drain was he was very patient and help ful moving things in the basement to expose the drain.
He clearly explained everything he was going to do and why it needed to he done. With efficiency he got the job done much faster than I expected.
I would recommend the technician to anyone.
