I used Dryer Vent Wizard to clean our dryer vent which we found out was 80% clogged. Iggy came on time, texted me when he was 30 minutes out, cleaned a very long dryer vent and cleaned up when he was done. He also confirmed that the error code is now gone. Iggy was professional, and very personable!

Very easy online scheduling with only 1 hour “appointment windows” (so didn’t have to block my entire morning), great communication the day before to confirm the appointment, & on the day of the appointment the technician ( Dylan) called in advance to give me a more specific time of arrival (which was in the scheduled appointment window). Service was performed efficiently, & provided a good explanation of the improvement in vent performance after the cleaning. Highly recommend!

Iggy arrived on time, assessed the dryer and the surrounding area, and listened to my concern. Iggy went right to work outside and quickly and thoroughly vacuumed out the vent. Iggy was friendly and knowledgeable and it was s pleasure doing business with them.

My recent experience with Dryer Vent Wizard was extremely disappointing and highlighted a concerning lack of reliability. The technician attempted to arrive well beyond the stated service window, with no proactive communication. When I raised the issue, they texted offering to reschedule and waive the $49 inspection fee as a courtesy. However, that commitment was never honored, and there was no follow-up of any kind.

The combination of missed timelines, inconsistent communication, and unfulfilled promises reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and customer care standards. I had expected a seamless, service-oriented experience and instead was left with unnecessary inconvenience and no resolution. Based on this interaction, I would strongly caution others to consider alternative providers.

process of scheduling was very easy. i was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of calling them. technician was very polite and professional. all appears to have been done great. pricing was very transparent.

Contacted Dryer Vent Wizard for a price on relocating a dryer vent. They came out gave me a no pressure estimate. About a week later I contacted them to move forward with the job. They were able to come out the next day and do the relocation. The technician was curtious and very professional. Very happy with the work done and Dryer Vent Wizard overall.

Dylan Feeney cleaned our VERY clogged dryer vent and was terrific in explaining what the issue was and how he would address it. The cleaning required extra effort of breaking the pipes apart to get access to all trapped lint which could not be moved by air. Dryer Vent Wizard came out and replaced the dryer exhaust duct and the vent hose. He did a great job, was kind answering our questions and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them!

After having issues getting my dryer vent cleaned with other companies due to being on the 3rd floor and a gas dryer I finally came to dryer vent wizard. Carlos who came was awesome and did a fantastic job. Although it wasn’t easy he did everything he could to help and went above a beyond. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of Carlos and his team. Would recommend this company 10/10 times.
