I requested an estimate to replace central air unit (compressor & air handler) for my first floor. The owner came out in four days to give me an on the spot quote including part numbers for the material needed. The pricing was excellent. Two weeks later a crew came to the house for installation. The installers were professional in every sense. They politely answered all my questions and concerns. They worked quietly, finished the installation in one day and thoroughly cleaned up upon finishing the job.

We just had our furnace and air conditioner serviced before the winter and Jose R was very professional, provided excellent information and quickly serviced the units. I am a recent customer of Northeast Heating & cooling. The may A/Ctune up and October heat service call were both excellent. I would rate their service and communication skills as 10 on scale of 1 to 10, 10 being best. I change to Northeast because I was unsatisfied with prior company. I am very happy that I chose Northeast, I recently had them service for my A/C system. Jose again performed the work A 10 out of 10. This is why I have signed up for their yearly service.

I had Northeast come and do maintenance on my gas furnace. After a few days I noticed my furnace would throw a code and shut off.
This would leave my house freezing in the middle of the night, so I called and they sent someone out to look at the furnace. They spent over an hour trouble shooting the code and resetting the furnace specifications.This ultimately fixed the problem. What impressed me even more is they did not charge me for the service call because they felt something may have been missed during maintenance. Whether it was their fault or not things happen, so no big deal. It was nice to finally find a company who is honest and stands by their work. Thank you!

Reese showed up right on time and was very professional. Liked that he put booties over his shoes to not track water and salt into the house. He was very efficient and explained what he did. He even took note of our filters in case we had to call in for a replacement. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend Northeast Heating & Cooling!

We contracted with Northeast heating and cooling for maintenance on our HVAC system. Our technician was Tony Ramos and he did an excellent job inspecting and cleaningthe system. He was very conscientious, thorough, explained what he was doing, and answered my questions. I would highly recommend Northeast heating and cooling, particularly Tony.

Daylon was the technician that installed our new boiler. He was very knowledgeable and informed us each day what was going on. They cleaned up the work area on their final day and we are overall happy with everything. We would recommend Northeast Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Have had Northeast to the house twice since 2023. The first visit was to replace an air condition compressor that a local company gave me an estimate of between 12-30,000 to replace and was told that the compressor was eight years old and were hard to come by. Northeast had no problem finding a new compressor and installed it for less than $4,000. This week one of the furnaces stopped running and I called them at eight o'clock in the evening and left a message. I got a return call in less than thirty minutes and was told that I would get a call around 8AM when an appointment would be made to have a technician to come out. The tech arrived around 9:30AM and within ten minutes had diagnosed the problem and gave me a more than fair estimate to fix it. The tech then took the part in question out , told me that it was clogged up and showed me when he cleaned it the dirt that came out. He cleaned the gas furnace, put the cleaned part back in , and also replaced a pump that he found was broken. He was done in less than an hour and left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. The furnace is running like new. I will be calling Northeast if we have any future problems and highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling issues.

Reese was thorough in his diagnosis, found some failed parts and other items that needed to be addressed. He was transparent with what he was seeing and doing. He did his due diligence to give me thumbs ups that the system was good. I would use Northeast again for service.

I called the office and was able to get a service visit the next day. Reese was great as he diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to get my AC up and running in no time.
