Reese preformed our annual AC cleaning and found no issues. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He recommended we have a secondary safety drip installed. He explained the benefits and cost and when I agreed he was able to take care of this at the same time of this appointment. He took the time to explain what would occur if the drip pan was filled and what to do to correct the issue. We have been using Northeast Heating and Cooling for about 3 years now and we have been very happy with their service! We would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. We are very happy that we made the switch!

I had David come out and inspect what we could do through the Mass Save program to add a cooling component to my ducted system in my home. David was incredibly efficient and thorough, taking the additional time to answer any questions I had, and modifying the quote as additional needs came u while always remaining very competitive on pricing. David is very knowledgeable in the space and easy to communicate with. Where I ended up going in a different direction, I would highly recommend working with David at Northeast if you have any heating or cooling concerns.

Tech was on time. He explained what he was going to do. I had a couple of questions and he answered them to my complete satisfaction. Their twice a year plan - fall for heating and spring for AC is reasonably priced and a good way to maintain HVAC.

Eric was personable, polite and quick. I asked if he could clean the fan on the direct vent unit and he did so without adding more $$ to the yearly maintenance fee of $192.00. Much appreciated in these days of everything becoming unaffordable! Food is out of control; at least we will be warm. Thanks Northeast.
