    Schneider put in a furnace 6 years ago. They screwed up the condensation drain from the beginning and it backed up. The entire inside mechanical filled with water. They “fixed” it and the motor burned out. When i called the on call person he responded saying “did you pay your gas bill” and “do you need me to come out.” When i responded yes they were annoyed. It’s was 22 degrees! We called the next day to get it fixed and i questioned if the condensation was the issue all along and now they are refusing to fix it at all. It’s December and we have kids. Do not use this business.

    Clear communication is a pretty essential part of doing business. My experience with Schneider Plumbing is that the connection between the office and the plumber in the field is totally chaotic. I put in a call to these folks as a new customer and I clearly asked if they could come within two days time. They assured me they could. They didn't. If they said the may not be able to, I would have been happy to keep looking around. Two days later, we're still without running water, and we're starting the process over. They may provide quality service when they show up, but making false promises and sharing misinformation two days in a row gets you a 1 star rating from this guy.
