I cannot say enough great things about this company and this team. We woke up yesterday to sewage spewing into our basement from our toilet due to a blocked sewer main. ServePro was my second call. They responded to our emergency call immediately and Brezney was at our home evaluating the scene within 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes he had an entire team onsite with every possible means necessary to mitigate and address our issue. Brezney, Kevin and their teams were like machines - they knew exactly what to do, where to do it and they were extremely coordinated. It was amazing to watch them work, it was the first moment of comfort I had in all of this was seeing them work. They cleaned and sanitized so thoroughly, and frankly left our basement and garage far cleaner and tidier and better organized than it's been in ages. And they continue to communicate with us and work with us as remediation work is ongoing. I can't thank them enough for their expeditiousness, thoroughness, great communication and responsiveness and would hire/recommend them in a second. AND THEY ARE ALWAYS SMILING!! I am so grateful to them all for what they've done. I'm not sure it is said enough, but it is not just cleaning and remediation that they do - they truly deliver peace of mind in the most stressful of circumstances. THANK YOU!

We had a kitchen drain pipe crack and leak all over our unfinished basement. Julio and his crew were amazing, hauling all of our damaged items out and cleaning, deodorizing and drying out our entire basement. They were super pleasant, helpful and explained everything. We had SERVPRO of Milton/Braintree perform an industrial cleaning of a garage that is located next to the ocean and used to store household and marine equipment. They did an outstanding job! The crew was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The managers Chris and Jason were great to work with and did exactly what they said, and were always on schedule. I highly recommend their services.

So i woke up to a busted water heater and my basement flooded, it being a multifamily, the tenants had no hot water, and to top it all off, it was a saturday morning. I placed a call to servpro in a panic, and spoke with carol, she literally told me not to lift a finger and had a team of guys here in about an hour. They dried everything, cleaned everything, moved everything in the basement and dealt with the insurance, they repaired all the damage, found contractors, set up all the repairs and recommended a plumber. By the time they left that afternoon, i had a new hot water heater and a dry basement, i couldnt be more happy, literally. If you're reading this and wondering if you should give them a call, do it, you will not regret it, i promise.

I found the work ethic of all the crews to be outstanding. They were never satisfied with a good job, and worked until the results were perfect. Questions were always answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this crew for any work needed around the house.

We needed to do a deep cleaning for a friend coming home from the hospital. Carol in the office was informative and professional. She got a crew out to us same day and they did an incredible job. After extensive after damage to my condo, Khalid and his very professional and courteous crew came in quickly, assessed the damage, worked closely with our adjuster and others and mitigated the damage done from the flooding. They are just getting started but have been extremely thorough, neat, informative and good to work with. Would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Really unprofessional. 3 criminal looking guys smoked inside our building and destroyed our common areas. They had a decent supervisor who constantly asked them not to leave tools blocking exits which angered them and I heard them speaking to each other "blaming " random residents of my building for "ratting" them out instead of just taking their supervisor's advice and working safer/cleaner.

I have had nothing but great service from Brezney and his team at ServPro Milton/Braintree. He communicated with me quickly and clearly answering my many questions after two instances of serious water damage. The workers were the nicest guys and very accommodating. They did a great job mitigating the damage and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

I had a hot water tank flood and this location, Holbrook was outstanding. Every tech that came to my house was extremely professional.
The main person I dealt with was Brezney and he knew exactly what needed to be done and removed from my cellar. Thee techs that came were: Nelson and Marcio and a few others. All the men were perfect.
My last flood (from a hot water tank) I used a different location and they were a #1 compared to this location being a perfect 100%.
