Great experience from beginning to end! Everyone was professional and the process went very smooth. Dylan was such a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our questions. We recently experienced a flood from the office above. This is what I walked in to on Monday morning. As an office providing healthcare, I needed to get this taken care of ASAP for our office to function. I called Servpro. The project manager, Mario, was here within no time. He assessed the damage and had a team here with equipment within a few hours. They pulled up the wet carpet and took down the wet ceiling tiles. For the next 5 days, the flooded area was taped off with heavy plastic sheets and large fans ran constantly. When the area was dry, they took care of cutting the walls that had been damaged and assessed for mold. A team was then sent to clean the area.

I have to tell you all that they were friendly, polite, and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone in this type of situation. Mario was very knowledgeable and took care of the paperwork and insurance claim.

After extensive water damage in our basement, a team from ServPro under the direction of Brezney Avalos arrived quickly to restore our basement back to normal. They have done an excellent job -- in fact, have done more than what we ever expected. We were very impressed with their professionalism.

I had water damage to my condo…floors, electrical, walls, trim, all needed to be replaced. I had utilized Servpro for demolition and decided to stay with them for the rebuild. This was a “best decision”. The rebuild team was lead by Dylan. He has a skilled team with all the professionals i needed. Working with Dylan and the team helped to make a stressful situation less overwhelming. Dylan has excellent management skills, construction knowledge and amazing communication skills. Having a point person to go to and who is always responsive helped me through this process. This is a great team to work with, very satisfied with the entire process and the finished product.

Chris Sheehan’s ServPro Milton/Braintree came to our rescue this past weekend. We has a leak in our cellar and within 24 hours a team was at our house during a frigid and snowy day.. The team of Mario, Nelson, Edwardo and Olfani were professional, polite and friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning our cellar. I highly recommend this company!

The SERVPRO team of Milton/Braintree was outstanding! The team completed a water damage cleanup with expertise. The workers were honest, reliable and professional. I always felt safe with this crew in my home. I was particularly impressed at how they handled my office space area. The workers replaced every object and book back to its original location perfectly. All water and debris were removed from the site; the space was dried and cleaned. They did a wonderful and outstanding job overall.

I rarely write reviews, but SERVPRO Milton/Braintree is fantastic and seriously deserves one. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Calling them was one of the best decisions I ever made.

We had water damage from our hot water heater that let go and flooded our house (Campanelli ranch, no basement). Brezney handled the mitigation. At first, I was a little overwhelmed, because I had never gone through anything like this before, but Brezney was great. He worked with the insurance company and always quickly addressed any questions or concerns that I had. He and his team were very professional and thorough.

David managed the reconstruction portion of our project. He worked with me from beginning to end, ensuring everything was done perfectly. He did not miss a single detail. In between parts of the reconstruction, we had to coordinate a separate contractor for an unrelated job. David made sure that his team's schedule aligned with ours so everything could stay on track. I'm so impressed with the craftsmanship and overall quality of work.

Eduardo and his team handled moving our furniture and other things to and from a storage container. They were quick and professional.

Lynda and Jane were helpful also. Both were very responsive whenever I had a question. Lynda was quick to adjust the contract and scope of work after our insurance company [finally] agreed to pay for some things it had been holding out on. Jane worked with Brezney and the insurance company to resolve a payment issue.

From start to finish, everyone at SERVPRO Milton/Braintree made this entire process run as smoothly as possible.
