I cannot recommend this group enough. From getting the Demo and cleanup done with Brezney and his team, to the handoff to restoration with Dave and his team. We were so happy with how thoughtful and thorough they were with the work, I immediately hired them for another job. One that is now completed as well and we am beyond happy with.
Dave in particular was knowledgeable, responsive, and practical. Basically everything you would want in a contractor. When the time comes for more changes or work to be done, I won't need to figure out who to call.

Servpro Milton/Braintree did a major job of remediation of mold and reconstruction in my basement, kitchen, and upstairs bathroom. Because of a sump pump failure, the rear basement had about ten inches of water in it. Because I hardly ever enter the rear basement, when I discovered the flooding I didn't know whether the water had been there for a few days or a few weeks or a few months. Based on how bad the mold problem turned out to be, it probably had been there for a long time. The cause of the mold in the kitchen and bathroom was unrelated to the mold in the basement.

The Servpro team did a very comprehensive survey before providing me with a proposal. The proposal consisted of two parts: remediation and reconstruction.

I am extremely pleased with the finished job. In one section of the basement I had floor-to-ceiling built-in bookcases (about 2,500 books). Unfortunately the mold had penetrated all of them, so they all had to be removed. The replacement shelving looks fabulous. Servpro replaced wall-to-wall carpeting with vinyl flooring, which also looks great and is easy to take care of.

In the kitchen some of the hardwood, oak floor had to be replaced. The replacement sections match the rest of the floor perfectly. Servpro sanded and polyurethane the entire floor, which now looks like new, with several areas that had worn spots now appearing like new.

The bathroom had to be completely replaced--new shower, vanity, and toilet. Like everything on the lower floors, it came to be beautiful.

I could not be more pleased with Servpro performance.

Ask for Dave, who leads the reconstruction team and for Brezney, who heads up the remediation team. I always prefer dealing with specialists when having any type of major job done. (E.g., in choosing an attorney to create my estate plan, I used a lawyer who practiced nothing but trust and estate law). Servpro's practice of having one crew clean out the mess (which included an on-site dumpster to get rid of all the debris) and another to renovate made a lot of sense. The professionalism shown by Dave and Brezney and the workers under their supervision, (Nelson, Marcio, and Brian) was outstanding.

I got three bids. The companies were extremely close in price on the remediation, but there was a significant spread of prices on the renovation. I don't think any company could have performed better, but Servpro was the low bidder!

Without a doubt, I would recommend ServPro of Milton/Braintree for water damage restoration and reconstruction.

We had severe water damage in the basement, and without having to wait, Servpro arrived immediately to assess the damage and begin cleanup immediately. What impressed me most was that they kept us apprised of what they were doing each step of the way. The team that did the water cleanup, without a doubt, was the best! What could be saved was boxed up, labeled, and put in the garage in preparation for reconstruction. Reconstruction was huge!.

Under the leadership of Dylan Diamini, reconstruction began. Walls were taken down, floor tiles were replaced, the bathroom was renovated, cabinets put in, carpet was laid, plumbing and electrical work was redone, and walls painted. As each basement area was completed, Dylan was always there to ensure we were happy with the results.

Because the work done in the basement was superior, we decided to have other parts of the home updated ---- again under Dylan’s guidance. We had the wood floors and stairs refinished and the walls re-painted – both bringing new life to the home. Dylan has been diligent in his efforts to make our vision come alive as we continue to update our home.

I have attached a couple of before and after pictures. I wish I had more to show. The last two pics show the wood floor that was done, and the last pic is the tile that was in the bathroom which also extended into the kitchen area.

Good customer service, honesty, and overall great communication are all important factors to look for when choosing a company to work with. I honestly believe that you can't go wrong when deciding to work with ServPro!

We had the pleasure of working with Dylan Damiani and his team through Servpro. After another company installed a waterproofing system that required tearing apart our basement, we needed a separate team for the rebuild. Dylan was one of three companies we consulted, and he immediately stood out knowing exactly what type of waterproofing system we had and all the precautions needed for a proper rebuild.
Because we were paying out of pocket, Dylan also took the time to show us where we could reduce costs without sacrificing quality, which we really appreciated.

Outstanding Service from SERVPRO Milton/Braintree and Brezney’s Team

On July 27th of last summer, my basement flooded with a significant amount of water under the foundation and throughout the basement. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and hiring SERVPRO of Rhode Island turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made.

Brezney and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. They made sure everything was properly cleaned and dried and took every step necessary to ensure there would be no mold or future issues from humidity or water damage. They removed everything that needed to be taken out and explained the process clearly along the way.

Their communication was outstanding—every time I called or texted, they were responsive, patient, and helpful. They also went above and beyond when dealing with my insurance company, which was extremely difficult and slow with payments. Brezney and his team were incredibly patient and professional throughout that entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time.

The team truly went above and beyond in every way. I am extremely grateful for their help, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations.

Dave and his group did a wonderful job reconstructing my room in the basement. My small bathroom had black mold he kept on top of everything they did and kept in touch with me the whole way. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use servpro again especially if Dave was involved.
