CMS is a great company and offers a lovely smelling, natural solution to mosquitoes and ticks. I have used them for several years now and it has transformed my backyard experience. The mosquito situation had gotten so bad we could hardly use our yard at all. Unfortunately this year with all the rain wa a tough, but normally having the garlic or cedar oil sprayed makes all the difference! And an added benefit which they don’t even advertise, is that now I don’t need to give my cats flea and tick treatments because the garlic and/or cedar takes care of that for us! It’s wonderful to have a safe, effective mosquito treatment that has given us our yard back.

CMS landscaped around our new pool with River rock. It came out just as we had pictured! Excellent job!
They crew cleaned the area up before leaving the job and seeded areas of our lawn. We are very pleased with entire job from start to finish.

I've had very good experiences with CMS. There staff is efficient and keeps my irrigation system working at 100%. I've used them for 8 years and never had an issue. They've been responsive and helpful in correcting issues and problems.

I've been a customer since 6/2020 when CMS landscaping installed an Irrigation system at a reasonable price. Even there 5 step fertilizer program is a good price and are responsive to my concerns and offer ideas and service. l'm happy with the results.

They are a pleasant surprise from previous lawn care service. They always perform the lawn applications on time. Matt is ALWAYS available to address any concerns and lays out a plan of attack. I started using CMS this year after taking care of my own lawn for a few years. The stuff you buy over the counter really does not take care of the weeds and my lawn was in rough shape in the spring. Rubin from CMS has been great. He is very attentive to the areas that need attention and does a great job. My lawn has come a long way in just one season. I would highly recommend CMS!

CMS has been fertilizing my yard and maintaining my sprinkler system for many years now and I have been very happy with them. Karen in the office is very attentive in setting up service whenever I need something or when I just write in to ask general questions. I love the service reports and educational material I get. I also love the reminders each season of what to do and not to do. Great crew all around!!!

They came to my house on 10/16 to fix my lawn. Recently was an accident where a car ended up in the back yard. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to fix but it posed no problem to the folks here at CMS.

I cannot say enough about CMS! If I could I would give them one million stars!! We literally had our entire yard (front/back/side) redone with new dirt and new grass. From start to finish everything was professional and these guys worked extremely hard to make our yard beautiful. We literally started from scratch and in just a few weeks we had grass growing!! Now it's a gorgeous, lush, green lawn in the middle of fall!! The warm weather we've been having also played a big part lol. We will now be using them going forward for our lawn maintenance and care. Bob, Drew and their guys are spectacular!! Use them, you WILL NOT be disappointed!@

CMS is great ! I used them when I first purchased my home back in the 90s. then I decided to do it myself for a while, they did great work back then, very responsive, they will treat any issues you may be having with your lawn. Just signed back up this year because I'm getting older now, ( Don't laugh ).... Things are still outstanding with service, guys who show up to do the work are very professional, most of all, pricing is very reasonable, try them, you wont regret it one bit.

I had a small split in my line and a head that needed replacing, I called them at 11:00 AM and they were at my home doing the repair by 3:00 PM same day. They tested the rest of the system and adjusted a couple of the sprinkler heads for better coverage. I've already booked my winterization appointment, they were fast, professional, and affordable. I'm recommending their services to anyone who needs sprinkler work done.

Thinking of changing lawn care provider. Contacted CMS for a quote. They came right out, gave me a price, gave me several recommendations on various lawn and tree issues and were very responsive to any calls or questions I had. They are at the top of my list for a new service provider.
