MARC arrived early and was very informative. He carefully evaluated the dishwasher and determined that the multiple parts that were not functioning needed replacement but were no longer available. He submitted a request for replacement. MARC was excellent!

Your technician Danny was excellent performing preventative maintenance on my Craftsman Lawn Tractor. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. You are in very good hands as he has a lot of experience. He was very thorough and provided great advice and took the time to explain the services he was performing. I was very pleased with Danny’s service.

Danny is a great service technician--has been servicing our Craftsman lawn tractor for years, whether annual tune up or mid-season repair.

MARC was very knowledgeable and informative. He arrived early and spent considerable time evaluating my dishwasher and attempting to order parts needed for its repair. Even though the dishwasher was beyond repair, MARC was very professional and helpful. He took time to explain what my next steps should involve.

Technician was great
Going exclusively AI is not good customer service. In fact, it’s poor service. If a customer chooses it, fine, however providing no alternative is disappointing. -
Stephen was amazing! Best repair service I’ve ever had! He was fast, honest, and polite! Thank you!

We had our dryer repaired. Our technician, Stephen, was outstanding. He quickly identified the right part and ordered it. Once we finally got the repair scheduled, he came quickly and efficiently fixed the problem and recommended some updates for our dryer. Amazing job.

Nice technician, but really misleading online scheduling. We thought we had scheduled for washing machine cleaning and maintenance. The technician (who did his best to be helpful) said that this happens all the time, people think they're getting a cleaning but that is not actually the service Sears provides. He said they're supposed to change the options on the website when you schedule, but it hasn't been changed and this just keeps happening apparently. So we waited at home for hours for our appointment only to find that there was nothing to be done. On the upside, we were not charged. The tech was nice and knowledgeable enough, I would have felt comfortable having him work on our machine if there had been anything to be fixed. Frustrating, but 100% not his fault!

I recommend Sear and him 100%
Thanks -
Stephen was excellent. He was honest and now very knowledgeable, and I immediately trusted him and his feedback of my washing machine and excellent employee you have.
-
Stephen was very professional and very nice. He fixed my machine in minutes and explained what cycles and soaps are best to use with my machine. If it ever breaks again I hope they send this same repair man.
-
Stephen was the best! Very prompt, personable, and thorough. Explained what was wrong, repaired the issue, and then shared info to help avoid future problems! Will definitely use Sears Appliance Repair again!

Marc provided great service. He called to give arrival estimate and also his assumption he had about potential problem and cost. When he arrived he was polite, friendly but also clear about his work. He is clearly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and made sure to show me. He gave me a good estimate for repair. I'd be pleased if I saw he was assigned to my service call again!

I scheduled an appointment knowing it was a bad ignitor and then was told it would be $550 to change it. When I questioned the price I was told it was because it was over $200 for a part. After the tech left and I realized the exact same part is only $20 I canceled my appointment but they haven't refunded the money and no matter how many times I call I can't get a person so I'm going to have to fight the charge with my credit card company. Trust me don't book, it's a total scam, I would give it 0 stars if I could, charging $220 for a part that's $20 everywhere, it's criminal. If you don't believe me then try to get a person on the phone, it's impossible.
Edit: They responded to contact them but I tried both the phone number and the website. The only options are to schedule an appointment or adjust an appointment and there is still no way to get ahold of a person. -
He was less than helpful, he told me am to read my manual and do my own services. He can't show what to do or how to do what's to be done . If te does then he'll have to charge me. He spend less than 10 mins.

The technician, Stephen, I believe, was a super delightful person and excellent technician. He figured out and resolved my problem with my washer and was patient and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank You.

Technician was great, but I was supposed to get a coupon that never got applied. The job to replace the belt took 10 minutes. The labor and cost for the part were extremely overpriced!

Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all of our questions and diagnosed and repaired our treadmill quickly. I would highly recommend his services

I have used sears products for over 40 years and have had a repair contract with sears since purchase of a washer and dryer, as well as other items.
I first called 14 months ago in 2024 about a clogged filter/ drain tube in my washer. Repairman A said sears wouldn't give him the tool he needed to do repair, I needed to remove dryer myself, also I didn't need the filter- ALL of this was NOT true.
I called again a month ago in 2025. Same problem plus additional damage (pump no longer working) caused by 1st problem never being repaired. Next repairman B scheduled never showed up.
The following week experienced repairman C-( Stephen) arrived but did not have the parts needed to do repair. (He said AI told him incorrectly they were in his vehicle.) He then ordered but 10 days later the order had not been put thru.
4 weeks after my call, Stephen arrived, and with correct parts, replaced and fixed both pump and clogged tube. But noticed same problem had broken shock. Also clogged drain standpipe (for which i had to call a plumber at my own expense.)
Week five, Stephen fixed broken shock, but adjusted drain pipe and after he'd left i discovered the drain tube he'd adjusted was left with a small hole spaying out water that had not been before.
So now i am waiting for week 6 for the repair to be completed. Meanwhile for some reason the clogged washer drain has somehow clogged my septic line.
Sears repair man Stephen is knowledgeable with many years experience, and overall does a very good job.
Sears biggest problem is the severely limiting, non functioning AI system, Web site also does not function, nor does chat and there are no people a customer can ever reach. They expect you to set aside 9 hours each repair day and just wait for them!
Consequently in over a year, and now 6 repair days of my time, (when the problem could have been handled in much less time and expense if a knowledgeable repairman was sent from day one AND if I could have spoken to a customer service Supervisor so that people arrived with the parts they needed)- It still is on going. Additional expense has been caused due to the original repair not being handled promptly, both for Sears and for me.
Sears washer and dryers are good products, (their refrigerators less so). They may think they are saving money using AI, but they are destroying their repair service, without which their products don't' function long. In my case they have turned a simple repair, into 16 month , costly ordeal both aggravating, grossly wasting my time and money. (And theirs as well.)
I don't really know how to rate this. Given the opportunity I'd rate the repairman (Stephen) higher, and Sears Repair Service much lower. Can't say I am likely to continue using this repair service any longer.
