Disregard bad reviews, There is another company with the same name- reviews have been left by people they have never met or worked with confusing the 2 places.
This is a great and hard working small business with decades of proven reliability and trust in those who work with them.

Haven't worked with them, but I don't think I would. Got cut off by one of their drivers on the trail while coming home from work. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe.

My old thermostat was a relic, but the new digital one they installed is so intuitive. I can actually program it now, which is amazing!

Don't bother using Sears Home Services
They will spend the time to call, email, text you harassing you about your appointment date then cancel it 4 hours before they will be there. Worthless company

Prompt, efficient skilled, personable, professional and real easy on the 👁️ eyeballs!! Worked diligently outside on frigid winter morning replacing part on lawn tractor. We think great work deserves recognition, maybe a raise??

Daniel was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable of the problems I was experiencing with my snow blower in January. He provided excellent service, both technical and customer-oriented. He also gave great tips for maintenance.

I have always had great experiences with Sears Appliance Repair and I highly recommend their services.

Technician was great, he really is making an effort to try and fix ice maker but after 14 visits we still have no answers. He called his warranty and replacement group and was told to start his diagnosis over from scratch, so if you take 14 visits plus parts replacement times two, Sears has wasted close to $6000 to fix a refrigerator ice machine, no wonder the company went out of business and the new company Transformco seems to heading in that same direction

John was extremely knowledgeable about all the different appliances and super kind and conscientious. He did a Wonderful job. He was very clear and helped me understand the way that my appliances worked in a way that I had not known before.
