The technicians are Reidy are wonderful. They maintain our

Reidy Heating & Cooling is a great HVAC company. My AC failed this summer. It's 19 years old. I thought it was something big like the compressor. So I asked the owner to spec out a new Heat Pump unit to replace what I have. Roger Reidy, stopped by, looked the system. Within 10 days, I had the proposal for a new system. I also asked Roger if he'd sent out one of his technicians to find out what failed on my old AC. Two days later, the technician came out to diagnose the unit. Turned out to be a simple fix. Mice had built nest in the control panel and chewed through the insulation causing a short, tripping the circuit breaker. In 15 minutes, he had replaced the wire and left for his next service call. As the AC is working now, I'm going to wait until next year to upgrade my old unit to a heat-pump system.

We replaced our furnace that was nearly 60 years old and Reidy guided us expertly through the decision process and installation. The do annual maintenance on the furnace, central air and mini-splits. They are always very professional, courteous, and patient to share information. I trust them for my HVAC needs.

We are very happy with the installation of our new heating system in October a year ago. We had our original system installed in 1972 by Roger Reidy. It was time for a re-do. The crew did a great job, efficient, timely, great job cleaning up when they were finished, We would recommend them to anyone looking to replace an old system or just starting out.

His employees are on the job at the scheduled time and do excellent work and leave the area probably cleaner than when they arrived. After all these years we would not think of calling anyone else. We had a heating emergency at our property; Reidy came to solve the issue as soon as they could, and when the issue evolved and became more complicated, their technicians came back promptly to help. They offered a good solution at a reasonable cost to get our heating up and running in the dead of winter, and provided a comprehensive estimate for a new system. I was very impressed by the customer service and communication from the office staff, technician, service manager, and sales representative.
