I cannot say enough about the service, professionalism and kindness that Roger has for his customers.I have exclusively used Reidy Heating and Cooling for many years for myself ,and my buyer/seller clients in my real estate business. From the moment that Michelle answers the phone you feel confident that all of your problems and concerns will be addressed immediately.If they do not solve the issue ,they will return until the problem is corrected.Emergency? They are at your home very quickly!

I had Reidy come out to my house twice in three days(For two completely different things). The first service needed was right after the big storm in January and I was so happy with the service tech and the work performed that I called and had them come out to do a complete gas furnace service. I was able to schedule these appointments within a few days. Reidy made me a priority (unlike the "big name" company I had previously used(whom I will never use again now that I have a maintenance plan with Reidy). Thank you for actually caring about the people you help! I very much appreciate your crew's knowledge, skills, professionalism and the timely manner they were able to get to my house!(AND show up at the time the appointments were scheduled for!).

I had some issue with my heater and called this company in the morning. They dispatched a technician very quickly on the same day. My technician is very knowledgeable, professional and personal during his service of my heater today. He explained me all issues he identified with patience and provided me with options and solutions. I strongly recommend you book this company if you need someone to investigate your HVAC issues.

These guys are the best!!! However, the address here is incorrect. Bills, etc. go to 51 Hampden Knolls Road, Holyoke, MA 01040. FYI!!

I just called the gentleman at action plumbing told him I had drips on a pipe in the cellar I thought it was a leak, he explained condensation wipe it down if it continues leaking fast call him otherwise just condensation.👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️
