Dave Miner did a roof for me 20 years ago and the quality of the work stood up to the test of time. So when I needed a partial roof done he was the guy I called and he provided same level workmanship and same reasonable price.

Just had my roof done , amazing job. Crew was awesome. Everything was left spotless, roof looks great . Had new gutters with guards and downspouts crew did amazing. Everything looks great! Highly highly recommend!!!!

I am tired of guys who just want to sell. No hard sell here. Dave doesn't start high and then start dropping the prices and tell you that you have to sign now. Dave just figures out his good honest price. Of course he will work with you to lower the price by using less expensive materials or changing the scope of the work.Daver is no scammer but rather a local man who cares about his reputation and your roof.Dave has an excellent crew who know how to handle the details. ; if Dave's not there then a knowledgable crew chief .Also Dave is always availabe.by phone. Our roof looks terrefic. Now he's doing some windows for us.Dave is a good man who knows exterior home remodling!

I'd recommend Dave for skylight installation and roof related installation/repair. Very responsive. Explained well the product and did not push for oversale. Good quality installation. At least I have not experienced any issue so far. Also did not push for a ridiculous price for service. It was a good experience.

Great job. roof looks great. We were worried about the ridge vent as previous one leaked. He was very responsive and checked our concerns with the manufacturer. We are extremely pleased with the roof and have been thru a winter with no leaks. Thanks Dave and crew!
