Great experience overall! Dave gave me a quote on the spot and got the roof done a couple weeks later in one day. They left the yard clean and the roof looks great. No pressure and didn't try to upsell me. His crew is great to communicate with and best price of all quotes I got. Highly recommended.

Dave Miner's roofs are the best I have seen in 30 years of residential real estate sales in the Pioneer Valley. He is super-experienced, thorough and cares about my clients' homes. He replaced my own roof in 2019 which means worry-free protection from rain, snow, wind and New England.

We just got our roof done yesterday and it looks amazing. From the consultation with Dave the owner, it was basically a no brainer to hire his company. He is a man of integrity. The workers started on time, and respectful of our home. They cleaned up very well…especially making sure there were no nails or metallics left laying around. Dave stopped by as well to check in on the work. During the stripping of the roof and adding the new roof a project manager was there from beginning to end. We would definitely hire his company again. While I didn’t speak with the crew my husband did and he stated the crew was nice. Thanks again for taking care of our needs and will definitely spread the word to anyone who needs services.

Do not use these people. The crews are great, but the management is terrible. They make promises they cannot keep. If they make a mistake, they blame the customer and refuse to correct the problem.
