Came here to find contact info to contact about a very unsafe driver and find this has been going on for years. Had a Peterbuilt about a foot off my bumper this morning - doing the speed limit with cars in front of me - not sure what rush he was in or where he thought I could go.

Great staff. Excellent work. On time and on quote. Very pleased and happy with all results.

What a difference between this cleaning co and the last power wash co I had! First n foremost they have there right equipment and solutions and the knowledge n expertise. Impossible to list. But what I really appreciated was the extra detail to get behind gutters and point out any issues with my siding and what they could not clean (I had an oxidation issue with my paints siding). They got it as clean as they could without damaging the siding. It looked great and they took before n after pictures as well of each section. The service tech Lawrence is who sold me on this co as he was s and so kind and so helpful. He really took the time to do a great job and help answer my questions n concerns. Great co. The two professionals from Under Pressure did a spectacular job at my home. They power cleaned the concrete deck around my pool and the slate walkway entrance to the home. They arrived on time., set up quickly, and accomplished the job (which usually takes me 2 days) in about 2 hours. Not only that, Jeff Stratton and Lorenzo Eggleston went above and beyond for customer service. They willingly moved a platform that was too large for me and my husband to move on our own from the pool deck. I never expected them to return the platform to its necessary location once they were done, but they did - WITHOUT BEING ASKED. Then, in a real show of compassion, they helped me search for my 14 week old puppy who appeared to have escaped during the process. They were absolutely terrific and so kind. I understand that employees can earn a Dunkin' giftcard for extra care during a service call. These two guys BOTH deserve a reward! I will definitely hire again!

Team did a great job with an awesome wash of the siding, deck, fence and a few other little things on the property. On-time, courteous and neat — plus the whole place just sparkles now. Thanks to the UP team for time and money well spent!

The quality of the work performed exceeded my expectations. The entire process from quoting (very reasonable cost) through completion of the job was great. Hiring Under Pressure Power Washers Inc turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made when it comes to home services. I trusted them with what should have been a fairly straightforward job—power washing the front of my house—and what I got instead was a complete nightmare.

First off, the end result was not only disappointing but actually damaging. Rather than leaving the siding clean and refreshed, they left behind large brown streaks and stains running down the front of my home. The house looks worse now than it did before they started. It’s obvious that they either used the wrong solution, applied it improperly, or simply didn’t care about the quality of their work. For a company that markets themselves as professionals, this was nothing short of unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, the job itself looked rushed and careless. Corners were cut, areas were uneven, and there was no attention to detail whatsoever. Instead of taking pride in their work, it felt like they just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. I’ve seen small independent contractors and even DIY homeowners do a far better job than this so-called “professional” service.

What really stings is the price tag. They charged an outrageous rate for this shabby work, and for that kind of money, I expected a pristine finish and true professionalism. Instead, I’m left with stained siding, frustration, and the feeling that I’ve been taken advantage of. When you charge premium prices, you should deliver premium results—period. Under Pressure Power Washers Inc failed completely on this front.

In my experience, there was zero accountability, zero attention to detail, and absolutely no value for the money spent. I will not be using them again, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other power washing companies out there that take pride in their work and won’t leave your house looking worse than before.

Bottom line: if you care about your home, your money, and your sanity, steer clear of Under Pressure Power Washers Inc.

All I can say is WOW! They showed up on time, were very professional and very efficient. Completed the house washing quickly and the house now looks incredible. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and plan on using more of their services in the future.

Promised to clean my gutters and never showed up. Kept saying “in the next 1-2 weeks” but never came. Will not use them again.

Under Pressure Power Washing did a great job washing our vinyl siding. It was really dingy before and so bright and clean afterwards. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Landscaping was nicely protected. Will definitely contract with them again.

Under Pressure great! Everyone is really easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did an incredible job with the pool patio and gave great hints on cleaning the vinyl fence! I will definitely be calling them again.

The technician was very professional. He did a very thorough job of washing the deck and all the railings with a detergent. Then he rinsed it all off to make sure it was all gone. He was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this company and most likely have them clean our deck and railings each year. On time and did the work in a reasonable amount of time.

They were super efficient and friendly. I loved how the house was so clean afterwards. Any green mold was gone. Would definitely hire Under Pressure again.

The Under Pressure technicians did a fantastic job pressure washing our house. They even were able to removes color stains that ran from the shutters left behind from the last company that pressure washed our house! Eduardo and his partner were very professional and courteous. We will be using them again!

Under Pressure is THE BEST. Their work is comprehensive and done with care. Their employees are friendly and diligent. This company is lead from the top by Mark Mercer. You may see him having morning meetings with some of his crew at The Spoon. You may see Mark and his crew decorating the Town Common for the Holidays Season or Special events. Under Pressure is at town parades spraying water, having fun and keeping us cool. Under Pressure doesn't just do work amongst our community, they are a public and welcome part of the fabric of our town.

I had Under Pressure complete several services, which included power washing the roof, house, deck, stone chimney, walkway & concrete stairs. Starting with Stacie, the Sales Rep.the process was made easy with friendly & courtesy service. The (2) Technicians on site were excellent, and they did a great job, completely satisfied at this time. Highly recommend Under Pressure & will use them again in the future!!!!
