Under Pressure is now doing holiday lighting!! My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the holiday lighting on our house. Thank you Mark and the rest of his UP team. Professional installation, great communication throughout the process...what more can be said. We will definitely use UP again.

Under Pressure saved the day! They removed the ice dams from my roof, going above and beyond to come quickly and remove all the ice.

I hired Under Pressure to take care of moss growth on my roof. I had a quote very quickly and a very competitive price. Scheduling was swift and easy. The office ataff and crew were friendly and professional. The work was done with great quality and care. I’d certainly recommend.

I have been impressed with UnderPressure in the past so decided to give them a call for standard pressure washing of our house. This time was no different, as the workers are all extra professional. However, a week after the treatment, I noticed that the chemicals they used caused permanent discoloring to our patio table. The small table in the back of the picture is the accurate color. Not sure if anything can be done about this.

This is my second time using Under Pressure Power Washing and they do a great job. The price for the work is very reasonable and I highly recommend them to clean your home. All the mold and mildew is gone and I am set for a couple of years.

The folks are Under Pressure are professional, cordial and a pleasure to deal with it. Our home looked great after they were done. I love the two-year warranty on the roof cleaning. We needed them to return for lichen removal and it was an easy process.

These guys were awesome. Timely and courtesy to say nothing of the cleaning job they did which was amazing! Like another reviewer I though "why didn't I do this before." Would highly recommend! Cost estimate was spot on and the actual guy, Curtis (If I remember correctly, was so professional and super passionate about pressure washing...I didn't even know that some people were passionate about this but he certainly was. For initial sales experience, it was very easy to go on their website, which had a professional feel to it, and was easier than other in simply/quickly choosing the needed services, providing the needed information (which was all reasonable and straightforward) and getting an initial quote, which I then had the option of confirming as acceptable from cost/value perspective. I said yes to that, and then they followed up and confirmed.

The one thing that maybe could have been better (very nick picky thing, admittedly, was that I wish they gave a preferred contact message option. They followed up with me by phone during the business day, whereas text would have been better. But this is minor, even if it took a few calls to connect they were persistent and professional.

Prepping for the service, I let them know I had a few security cameras and a couple outside speakers to watch out for, and the day they came out I was happy to see that information actually had reached the two men who were doing the work. That seems simple, but so often you see details that matter to you get dropped in the process, and that didn't happen at all with UPPW.

The work itself was excellent. My house is 5 years old, vinyl siding with some stone on the front of the house and a brick chimney. Like any house, the north side was the most in need of cleaning. I have things like a generator, a pad that it sits on, a 3 season porch with screens. I have owned two houses, one for 10 years, this one for 5, and you can tell when companies send underpaid/under-trained staff to get the job done with as little cost, and not much care to quality, as possible. This was not at all the case with UPPW. The guys did a great job, not only doing what I had asked for, but clearly taking the time to do their job with the appropriate care for not causing damage, and similarly doing the little things (cleaning the concrete pad the generator sits on, etc), which showed quality matters to them, pride in workmanship.

I had been surprised/disappointed in searching for one company to both power wash my house and clean the gutters/confirm downspouts were not clogged (I believe one was clogged prior to the work, out of 7-8 total). Particularly right now, with the economy such as it is I didn't think it would be much trouble to get service but I had 3 other companies tell me they either would not come to my area, despite being about 15 miles away and advertising that they covered my town, or the 2 others refused to take care of the gutters, which in my case are simple - no gutter shields at all, very straightforward - because that "takes too long."

UPPW was not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but overall, I was very happy and feel they were the best value. Very happy, will use them going forward

We hired this company to clean our walkway and patio. It does look better. However, we feel they could of been more careful in a residential setting. There was mud, mulch everywhere when they got done. The gentleman were kind and professional but we feel they left more of a mess then we expected given we were not having our house cleaned just a patio and walkway.

We are very pleased with the quality of power washing from Under Pressure. The team was fast and professional. They even sprayed off our play equipment, which they did not have to do. I wish I had a good before picture because it’s so beautiful now!

February of 2026 - I called on a Friday and by noon of the next Tuesday, our ice dams had been serviced. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner.
