we have been using Maidpro Metro West since Sept and have always been happy with their service, responsiveness, and friendly employees. Nuona came to our house to clean today and went above and beyond the 49 point checklist; she emptied all the trash and asked where the new trash bags were to replace in cans, she changed the linens in all the bedrooms, and along with vacuuming all the upholstered furniture, Nuona even vacuumed under all the couch cushions. I would definitely have her come back to clean again. Thank You

So happy with with the job that Taryn and Jen did on our house today. They were so friendly, easy to communicate with, and did a great job! Our house is spotless and I feel so much relief!

Sherri and Jennifer were so thorough and friendly! They cleaned places I would never even have thought to look. With a new baby we just don’t have time to do all the things around the house that we used to and it’s great to know we have reliable people to count on to help out.

I have been using MaidPro MetroWest for cleaning my house (only the kitchen and bathrooms) for the past two months and they have been good so far. Jennifer and Makaila showed up on time, did a very thorough job and were out in a breeze.

Samantha was wonderful and did a great job! Having 3 kids leaves a very messy household, and now our house is completely sticky and mess free (until the kids make their next move). Wonderful service.

As someone who has the privilege of asking someone else to come into my home and do the kind of detail work that I don't have time to do, I'm very happy with the service MaidPro Hopkinton(MetroWest) and Jennifer have given me. Having those little tasks (e.g. dusting baseboards, full dusting) performed on a regular basis makes my home healthier and more comfortable, and I appreciate their willingness, work ethic, and excellent service. I work from home and witness first-hand how hard this team works! I wholeheartedly recommend their team.

There's and Bailey have been coming to our house every two weeks for the past year. We love them! They are meticulous and our house sparkles and smells clean for days afterwards. It''s so refreshing to come home and not worry about doing chores.

I was hesitant at first to invite strangers into my home, however Russel and Theresa have been nothing but professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. My stainless steel appliances are polished to a shine, something I have never been able to achieve. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh without a lingering chemical smell. Not only are my floors mopped, my baseboards are dusted as well. Russel and Theresa are an amazing duo and I will continue to use their services.

I am very pleased at the cleaning services provided by MaidPro Metro West. The staff is very conscientious and always do a consistently excellent job. They are friendly and respect my home. They are all trying hard to provide the best clean possible while still maintaining the strict CDC guidelines recommended. I feel safe having them in my home.

MaidPro has been cleaning our house for almost 2 years now and we wouldn't have anyone else! We trust them and all of their cleaners are amazing! We have 2 dogs and lots of grand kids- our house is a challenge! We have had other companies in the past- you cannot match MaidPros level of customer service.

Extremely happy with the service I received and the people who handled the work for our company. The Office Manager Jennifer Patria was onsite right away to provide an estimate when requested. Then our company had an important building tour and after hours on a Friday I reached out and not only asked if they could be get the job completed on Monday, but I requested at least 3X as much work as was originally requested. Not only did they come through on the timing but also helped set up trash and debris removal all in the same day. The spaces looked great! Polite and professional staff that will definitely receive the next call when our retail space needs cleaning! Thank you!

We love our maid pro Katherine. She's been with us for over 1 year plus now. She is detailed oriented and caring. She has a very sweet personality too.

Lauren from Maid Pro MetroWest cleaned my house today. She was on time and very courteous. Lauren completed a 49 point checklist. She was extremely thorough and the house looks great. MaidPro, Hopkinton has been a breath of fresh air, literally! Everyone who helps us maintain our home does an exceptional job. Jennifer, the manager, is always available. She responds instantly and is attentive and helps solve any issues. She and her team ensure a clean happy home. Ciara did our last clean. She made a large smile come to my face when I came home after a long day to the fresh smell and a clean organized home. Ciara went above and beyond with her clean! I have used MaidPro services for over a year. I have been very pleased with the work of Sherri. She is very pleasant and hard working. It’s a great feeling when she leaves my house spic and span. I hope she continues to clean my house.

Sierra did an amazing job as always. We've been using MaidpPro for close to a year and they consistently do an awesome job. They have also been super accommodating during house renovations, COVID-19, and remote school sessions. We definitely appreciate it!!
