I have have had Maidpro coming to my home for about three months now.
Background
I hired them because my wife recently underwent a Bone marrow transplant, treatment for Cancer, and her immune system is very low and the Hospital recommended I super clean the apartment.
First impressions
Maidpro went over an estimate over the phone was super easy to deal with and quoted a very reasonable price. Sherry and another cleaner came to my house and did a very thorough job. I was very pleased.
Ongoing
After each clean Maidpro allows me to rate the clean and send feedback. they were very receptive to the feedback. We did have some cleans that were subpar and some cleaners that left early. Maidpro took this very seriously. They even sent cleaners out to reclean after a bad clean and charged me less for the bad clean. They worked really hard to make it right and were very appreciative about my flexibility and my being laid back about the whole thing.
Today
After working to make things right they sent Nicole who they described to as a veteran cleaner with the company. Nicole did a great job! I was thrilled with the clean! I don't think the couch has been this clean since we bought it. She was able to not only give us a great clean but she was able to identify areas that were neglected and fix that too. She spent extra time for this and we could not be more appreciative.

We have tried several different companies and MaidPro is without a doubt the most professional, friendly and reliable to work with. Their team pays amazing attention to detail and our clean is always perfect! They are also reasonably priced and flexible. We have been customers for a year and have never had a bad experience. Phenomenal service and top notch crew!

Ava arrived on time and brought her own supplies. We took a quick tour and she got to work. As a bachelor, I do the best I can but you can really notice a huge difference now. The bathroom looks better than when I moved in 4 years ago!

I felt like my service was customized to what I needed. I came home from work after my first service very happy with the cleaning that was performed.

We have enjoyed two cleanings so far--the initial deeper clean and one standard clean--and couldn't be more thrilled. The estimating process was quick, easy, no-pressure, and flexible (lots of different service configurations to work with different needs and budgets). At MaidPro's Metro West office specifically, Jennifer at the Customer Service extension has been responsive and helpful. Our cleaning team--Nauana and Ruth--arrived on-time for both cleanings and were friendly and professional. Both maintained appropriate health protocols and masks. Their cleanings themselves have been excellent: thorough and beyond expectations. Our kitchen and bathrooms gleam. We are delighted.

I called MaidPro to help with a one time cleaning, but they were so great I will surely be calling them again. Due to an injury, I had been unable to do any heavy cleaning (vacuuming, washing floors, etc) for a solid 3 weeks. Needless to say, the house needed a good cleaning. Jennifer and Lindsey tackled the work like real pros! 1) they were on time--actually saw them parking 10 minutes before hand, and then they waited outside until the appointed time (which was nice, as I work from home and was on a call when they arrived) 2) they were thorough; they got behind the sofa, under the big chairs, and dusted the tops of high shelves and tall cabinets 3) they asked me great questions about my preferences (I don't like heavy fragrances, and they adjusted accordingly) 4) they made sure I was happy with the work before they left. BTW, in the past, I have had house cleaners from time to time, always solo people (not "companies" like MaidPro). I always assumed the solos would be harder workers and less expensive, but I was wrong. The MaidPro crew was very hard working (clearly experienced and also had a printed checklist to show what had been done) and the rate was very reasonable.

After a long hiatus from Maid Pro due to Covid I was able to resume services again and I am so thrilled.
Jennnifer cleaned our home as if it were her own. Great attention to detail .
The house shines . Jennifer has a very warm caring personality and she shows pride in her work.

They are great! I have two huge fluffy dogs that shed like ten regular size dogs worth of fur every summer and the cleaning crew just set to vacuuming and got it all cleaned in an amazingly short amount of time. The house was a MESS since I had been in the hospital and unable to clean and these people did a fantastic job scrubbing everything and organizing for me. I am personally kinda weird about other people cleaning for me because I feel like I am being judged by God as lazy and shiftless sort of thing, but these folks did a wonderful job and I didn't die of shame for being a bad woman who doesn't scrub her own toilet so that turned out okay after all. Anyway, highly recommend, they are great, house smells good, floors cleaned and dog hair gone.

Everyone loves a clean home and we are so very grateful when MaidPro comes especially with three kids under 4! When we moved to Mass we found MaidPro Metro West through a Google search. We've been using them ever since for a monthly clean. We absolutely love Jennifer. She is friendly, super responsive and listens to the client's needs and feedback to address concerns. MaidPro was also very understanding when we paused cleaning during the early months of Covid. And, they gave us a very nice gift when we had our baby girl two months ago. Katie did a great job cleaning my home today. She is always professional and hits every spot that needs attention. She also wore a mask and is very respectful while cleaning as I am working from home due to Covid. Keep up the good work!

I had a wonderful experience with Nuona. She was very professional and sweet and did an amazing job on the cleaning of our home from ceiling to floor. I also have to say that Jen was nothing but professional, sweet and caring in all the times that I have communicated with her. She is very personable and goes over and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with the services the scheduling, etc. I would highly recommend them.

Samantha has been doing the cleaning service for my house since January and she does an amazing job every time! She is efficient, friendly, and professional, and my house feels clean and neat after she leaves. I definitely recommend MaidPro in Hopkinton and especially recommend Samantha!

Sierra is amazing! She has been cleaning our house for about 3 months now. We’ve always been happy with the service from MaidPro, but Sierra is top notch. She’s consistent, pays attention to all the details and is just so nice! Everyone we’ve ever dealt with is kind and professional. I recommend maidpro to everyone I know!!

Catherine always does a wonderful job cleaning our apartment! She’s super thorough and her attention to detail is great. She even goes the extra mile and will do a few extra tasks if asked, and she follows directions really well for them too. I’m always happily surprised and impressed with how clean my apartment is when she leaves.

We had our first MaidPro cleaning this week and it was great! From the initial contact to get a quote all the way to appointment day, the entire MaidPro staff were nothing but professionals. They provided clear quotes and asked the right questions to prepare for the first visit. Jennifer and Shauna were great cleaning professionals - they arrived on time within the appointment window, brought all the necessary supplies, and were respectful and efficient throughout the process. Would love to have them back regularly to help keep our home clean and enjoyable. I highly recommend MaidPro!

Update: Nov 2020 - I've been using MaidPro Metro West for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and her team. They are true professionals - diligent, efficient, and respectful. It's great to have people you can trust especially during these challenging times. I highly recommend Jennifer and the MaidPro Metro West team! :)

Update: April 2021 - The team at MaidPro Metro West continues to be fantastic. I feel lucky to have them as a local resource - really helps us maintain a clean home and manage a busy schedule while I'm pregnant. Jennifer and her team are super flexible and always so responsive. 100% recommend!

The MaidPro team does an excellent job. We usually have Susan clean and she is lovely and it's so nice for the house to be clean all at once!

Update, January 2021: Sierra did a FANTASTIC job this week. She was really thorough and left the house noticeably sparkling clean :-)

After a rough first experience with the first clean the managers at MaidPro sent out Theresa and Russel and the difference was night and day. They were kind, professional and most of all, thorough.
The second time around was truly a deep clean.

Even though the first experience was unpleasant after the way the company responded I would use them again.

I've been using Maidpro services for a few months for home cleaning services, once a month. The office management team is very customer focused and takes feedback seriously. I've always been pleased with my cleaning but if I wanted to see something else done or wanted more attention given to a particular room, they are always happy to do the job. The cleaning teams that have visited my home are always pleasant and hardworking. I would definitely recommend.
