They never showed up for a schedule appointment for winterization. They almost never answer the phone or return calls. When we are finally able to speak to someone (Sandra) she states she'll get back to us and never does. Terrible customer service, completely incompetent.

I do NOT suggest hiring them to plow for you if you don’t want your cars getting hit by their truck. I was pulling in to a parking lot before snow had even started (not icy whatsoever) when one of their drivers swung a turn so wide to leave the parking lot that I had to immediately maneuver out of their way to avoid a collision. The next day after snow fell and one of their trucks was plowing, I watched as one came extremely close to my parked car to the point where I expected them to hit my front while plowing.

If you see any Cabral F150s please give them a wide berth for your own sake.

A couple of underground tubes to be re-routed for our sprinkler system. Jay took care of this efficiently and professionally. He also noticed a water head that was under our deck and took care of that as well. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the service and professionalism displayed.

I live in a new neighborhood in Uxbridge MA and Cabral was installing irrigation for a neighbor. I called the phone number on their truck and Kenny came over to provide a quote. Cabral is a preferred partner with the neighborhood builder, so Kenny coordinated with the builder to ensure irrigation install before my yard was raked and hydro-seeded.
There was an issue caused by the landscaping team while raking. Kenny's team quick fixed the issue. Customer service, work quality and professionalism seems the be Cabral's best traits.

These guys did an awesome job modifying and updating our system. I had them move the timer into the garage and install a Rachio 3 smart irrigation system. The crew was courteous, professional, and showed up early to tackle our project in short order. Kenny helped me understand the process and get me up and running before they left.

Dennis Tavares has a great team of lawn guys. He personally supervises all aspects of lawn care. Neat and clean. My yard has been looking much better for about a decade now! Nice, friendly folks!

I can't say enough how wonderful Tavares Brothers is to deal with. From office to the folks out in the field they are professional and wonderful. Our son Jake has Duchenne MD and is in a wheelchair...he used to love to jump in the leaves, well they found away for him to do the same in his wheelchair. Love them!!!

Moved into our house in the fall, previous owner was a customer. Was pleased with the lawn mowing that was done. Trying to set up meetings was difficult, so Denis opted to meet at 6 PM on saturdays after their work was done. Was blown off more than once, with no call and no show. Never once picked up my phone calls and left several voice mails. Only received email communications several days after the fact. Never actually got to meet them face to face to hold a discussion. Overall, was pleased with work and pricing, but communication and follow through were disappointing. Told us that their mowing schedule for the season was full and weren't taking any more customers for the spring.

Amazing job. Denis and his team finished the job quickly and beautifully. They are always punctual, and I'm impressed by Denis' attention to detail. Thanks to the Tavares Brothers, my property looks better than ever. Best landscaping company by far. Thanks Denis!

They responded promptly, came out and looked at the property, and gave a reasonable estimate. They quickly scheduled us and now we have a front yard that looks amazing! Super easy to work with, very cooperative, and we’ll definitely rehire them if we need any other landscaping done. Photos are before and after pictures.

Upon deciding to install an in ground pool earlier this year, we were introduced to Dex By Terra. From the initial sit down with Ed to the multi-dimensional layout we were presented - the end result was exactly what we agreed to now that the project is complete.

Ed and Marc were extremely patient with us throughout the process and their experience provided necessary insight on various decisions we needed to make - from the positioning of the pool to maximize space to choosing the right material (paver colors, stone, water feature, lighting, fencing) they were there every step of the way.

The various crews that worked on job were fantastic and professional as well. Jeff would stop anytime to answer questions and provided key solutions regarding overall layout and drainage.

We had Dex By Terra design and install a patio, waterfall, and landscape our outdoor pool space. The design process was great and they had beautiful ideas. Once installation was complete we had several issues getting outstanding items addressed that were under warranty(e.g. cracks, plants dead, waterfall leaking). Took almost three years to get 90% of items addressed but that was with several visits and phone calls later. Our waterfall is still leaking and we have not heard back. Horrible customer service and follow through on their end.

So happy to share our gratitude to Joe Medeiros of DEX BY TERRA and his hardworking crew. We recently had an outdoor concrete stamped patio installed by this amazing team and we couldn't be more proud to show it off. The design was perfectly suited for our oceanfront lot, the concrete color was just as we asked, and the surrounding space of the patio makes it look like it's been there forever!
