Their team did a great job with a tree removal on my property. They were prompt on getting me a quote and very responsive and got the work done by the time it was expected. I would definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Very responsive and Professional on the work. Mike helped me to remove the Maple tree which was close to the garage. Also, trimmed off some of the big branches coming over my roof. In this project

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job. I had a large tree get uprooted and fall. Luckily the tree fell in a safe spot and no houses or power lines were effected. Mike came to my house that evening and said he will be there at 7 am the next day. The following morning I got a coffee and returned around 7:05/7:10 ish and the whole crew was there with the machines already fired up and put to work. Talk about on time! Very amazed by the emergency response and appreciate everything the team did to get the tree removed in an immaculate, professional, and timely manner. Couldn't even tell they were there. Tree fell at lunchtime on a Thursday, and was gone by 9 am the next day, special thanks to Hailey Tree, best tree company around!!! Highly recommended.

Were asked to trim back vegetation in front yard. Completely removed a tree, a bush, and cut everything in our garden to the ground. Also came unannounced 2 weeks before they were scheduled with no one home to confirm the work that was being done. Then demanded we leave payment for them the next day. We did not get the service that was discussed when providing the estimate and they didn't seem to care saying "it looks great".

Updating to include the fact Hailey Tree is now doxing us by publicly providing our address and threatening to dump everything they removed back in our yard if we don't take down the review. Real professional. The estimate might say "deal with vegetation" but what was discussed as dealing with vegetation and what was done are 2 different things.

We had a tall pine damaged with a storm, it was very close to power lines and the house. Hailey Tree was not only quick to come out for an assessment, they were able to remove the tree the next day! They were professional, respectful of the property, and their quote was lower than anyone else’s (by 1/2 in some cases!). Highly recommend!

Hailey tree did a great job!!! They were very professional, efficient, and quick! Our yard is cleaner then it was before they arrived. We had our Xmas tree sitting in our backyard and they generously offered to chip it up for us. Would highly recommend.

We've hired Hailey Tree twice now for general tree removal and a difficult over the house and live wires removal with a crane. They are quick, efficient, responsive and they understand trees and how to maintain them! Excellent value, too.

Hailey removed a large white pine from my front yard that had developed a deep split between its two trunks. Their estimate was several hundred $'s lower than anyone else I contacted. The crew was attentive to cleanup after the job, and the lawn was in decent shape when they left (normal divots and some ruts, but that's bound to happen).

For customer service, they replied to emails quickly and were easy to schedule. Probably don't wait to ask questions on site while work is happening, because the guy who cut the tree does NOT want to talk to you while he's working - trust me. But Tanya (who was always on site in the truck) was responsive and professional. Overall positive.

Was in need of some tree pruning the side of my home. Hailey Tree was super responsive in submitting a quote and did an excellent job. Was careful to put down mats on the lawn to keep the grass protected which I really appreciated. Mike, Tania and James were lovely and I highly recommend!

Did a great job for a great price. Needed to get work done quickly as I'm having my driveway done and didn't want large equipment on it after it was complete. Owner showed up to quote the job within a few days of my request and was able to take down the trees the next day. Did more work than they quoted me, just to make it look right. They did a great job cleaning up every branch even cleaned up the acorns and other branches that were on the drive before they got there! Highly recommend them and will use them again.

We had a tree in the front of our yard that was damaging our retaining wall and was also close enough to the house and power lines that I was nervous it would fall during a storm and cause a lot of damage. Family members had worked with Hailey Tree in the past and recommended them.

They were efficient, communicative, and everything went as planned. They removed the tree within one day and returned later with a stump grinder and removed the stump as well. We live on a busy street but had no major traffic uses or noticed/heard of any disruptions to our neighbors while they were working or after.

Much more reliable and responsive than some of the other contractors and service providers we've worked with for other projects in the past.

This is the worse service I have ever had.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.I have waited 4 MONTHS for them to finish a job. And now they’re mad at me for when they show up at my house unannounced and I’m not home, to do a job I have to be there for,in order to have cars moved. If I could give them a negative number to rate them I would give them a-10!! Terrible terrible service.

A car hit a tree in front of my house and it had to come down immediately to avoid damaging my property further. The Hailey crew was on their way to a scheduled job when I called them for help. They immediately turned around to come to my house to handle my emergency! They safely took the tree down very quickly and came back a few weeks later to grind the stump. I highly recommend this company!

Hailey Tree returned our call quickly. They came within a few days when we explained there was a huge branch hanging over where our kids play in the backyard. They were great with communication and where very fair with the price. I was surprised they were so affordable with the job ( it not being a huge job/ maybe not worth the time to come out).
