We just moved into our new home and entrusted this company with our carpet cleaning instead of going through groupon deals. The owner was very responsive in scheduling confirming our service and took care of us when a reschedule was needed. The technician, our technician, was on time. He is friendly and was thorough with his cleaning. There was no bait switch or up sell tactics that are common with groupon deals. In less than 2 hours, the technician completed 6 rooms, 1 hallway and 1 staircase. I was thrilled that the technician was able to remove 97 of the stains that were there from the previous owners and the treatment he used was safe for our indoor pet. With the fan on in each room, our carpet was dry within 10 hours. We are still waiting for our stair case to completely dry. We are happy with the overall service and results and we will use this company on an annual basis.

The owner from this company was great. He provided top notch service was efficient and well priced. I already plan on scheduling him to come back in 6 months to keep the carpets in my kids' room clean. A plus service thank you again.

Amazing work done today by the team. I had odor stains that i have tried time and time again to remove on my own that just would not budge. This company totally renewed my carpet and was able to remove all the stains and odor. It looks like the first day i moved in again. They are professional responsive and just did a phenomenal job. 10 out of 10.

It is time for me finally to review this company after being a customer for over two years and using them half a dozen times. The summary is that this company and their staff are professional, quick, attentive, and incredibly competent. I have wholeheartedly recommended them to friends and vouched for how great of a job they do. Two years ago, I used Yelp to find them based on the strength and depth of their reviews and have not been disappointed. They have cleaned my large sectional and loft chair, both upholstered with ultrasuede, and in the process made them look fresh and almost new. They are upfront with you about the effectiveness of their stain removal. They do not make promises they cannot keep. However, after multiple treatments over the past two years, I have noticed even stubborn oil based stains really have faded. One thing that I love as part of their service is asking if you want to see how dirty the water is when they dump it from their machine. Makes you feel so good knowing that your items are that much cleaner now. Their pricing is direct, transparent, and upfront. And I find their pricing more than fair for the amazing service they deliver. I have heard from friends that have used lesser companies getting charged twice or three times what they have charged me and not getting the same level of service or cleaning. Do yourself a favor and try them.

Highly recommend getting your couch or carpet cleaned by this company. My sofa from ikea was filthy and they made it look brand new. Beats buying a new one especially since it was only 3 years old. Definitely using them in the future again. They were professional and on time. Great communication as well. Once again highly recommend.

I rarely use cleaning services mainly because of pricing due to income. However i decided to use this cleaning service about 2 years ago because i saw photos of their cleaning work before and after and their pricing was reasonable. Being pregnant at the time it was hard to clean and my family and i had already been in the apartment for 4 years. Everything was out of control at my place and was in need of a serious tlc. I chose to have my apartment deep cleaned which included walls and carpet. By the time they were done i was in tears walking into my apartment that looked like it did the day i moved in brand new. The employees were kind respectful and understanding especially since i was even more emotional due to pregnancy. I wasn't treated like a weirdo when i gave a hug to an employee and cried on her shoulder thanking her for the work that they did on my place. The crew did such a beautiful job and i continue to use this cleaning service. If you're reading this post i wouldn't waste your time with any other cleaning service. If the goal is to make your place look like new at reasonable pricing you've found the cleaning service for you.

The gentlemen of this company are amazing. I run a tight schedule and they were right on time quick and helpful. Our agreement was to clean a sofa and three rugs and each item turned out perfect. By the next morning everything was dry clean and smelling wonderful. I am definitely going to use them again and you should too.

This company cleaned my daycare for a while, but then started getting very sloppy. Today I went into my shift to find out that something that belonged to me was stolen! We ran security footages, and it turns out one of the employees stole from us. Don't recommend them!!

Super professional and caring company. They have been cleaning my office building for about 4 years now, and they have always provided excellent services. We had VM Services clean and wax our machine shop floors twice. The first time, they did an outstanding job—clean, polished, and exactly what we hoped for. Unfortunately, the second time was a completely different story. The floor was left in a condition that’s now impossible to clean and looks filthy despite our best efforts.

I’ve reached out to ownership multiple times and was assured the issue would be addressed. But weeks later, nothing has been done. We’re located just two miles from their office, so accessibility isn’t the issue—it’s either an inability or unwillingness to fix the problem.

I didn’t want to write this review. I’d much rather have a clean, properly waxed floor and move on. But after repeated attempts to resolve this directly, I feel compelled to share our experience. If VM Services is reading this, I’m still hoping you’ll make it right.
