Everything about Marcelo and his Ideal Handyman crew was 5-stars. Ideal Handyman did a full renovation on my new office space, including opening up a wall and installing barn doors and new flooring and the whole process with them was perfect. I would recommend them 100% and will hire them again in the future without question.

Marcello and his team were excellent. Polite and considerate in their work ethic, they were easy to have in the house while the kitchen was being re-modelled. The quality of the their work was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They answered questions, problem solved any unexpected things that arose and I would not hesitate to recommend the Ideal handy man.

Probably the best thing I can say about Ideal Handyman is that I was going to give them 4 stars . . . now I wish I could give them more than 5. I had Marcelo and his group do a bunch of odds and end repairs at my house as well as pressure cleaning and a playset removal. To be honest, I feel that their pricing is on the high end and so I was skeptical to use them at first. My only criticism of them was that one of the fixes (a shower trim replacement) needed parts that could have been ordered when I accepted the quote - it was not. Instead it was ordered when the showed up to do the other work . . . which caused a big lag in getting all of the work done. : ( HOWEVER, these guys show up when they say they will, work the ENTIRE time they are there, are professional, polite, check in with you when the work is done, AND come back if there are any issues with their repairs (no charge). On top of that they are HONEST. For the shower trim mentioned above, I found a replacement and bought it. Because materials were part of my quote and their replacement never arrived, they got a refund for the part they ordered . . . which they passed on to me. They did not try to hide that they got a refund, nor was I hassled about parts cost/refunding. That is what I value - people I can TRUST. If paying a little more means I get the peace of mind that they will work on it to my satisfaction and will not try to take advantage of me, I'll happily pay a little more.

Wonderful experience with ideal handyman. They were polite, courteous, professional and went above and beyond. They even completed the job ahead of schedule! I couldn’t highly recommend them enough!

First time using Marcelo and his team. My project was small - replace my front door's old weatherstripping with new stuff that would proect against cold, winter drafts, and add a storm door chain to my fairly recently installed storm door.

I could have done both tasks myself, but since I haven't gotten around to it, and life goes on, evidently, I needed help. 😂😉 So I booked Marcelo. Ideal Handyman has great reviews, and he's local to Hudson. I'm hoping for a good handyman and someone who can even tackle some home renovations, and it looks like Ideal fits the bill.

I thought the quote for this small job was high, but I didn't try to negotiate - thinking that once we establish a relationship, and I bring more work, Marcelo will feel comfortable with me and provide me with estimates that align closer with what I think I should pay.

He showed up on time. He's friendly, and I immediately felt comfortable with him and his team of 3 (total). They did the job nicely and quickly. Great work on this small, straightforward, simple job. I paid via Venmo which is convenient.

I look forward to hiring Ideal again.

My first time doing business with Marcelo and The two guys doing the job, they were very conscientious putting down tarps as not to track dust all over the house. Their work was top-notch. I will definitely use Marcelo/Ideal Handy Man again we have neighbors who asked for their number and I don’t give it out lightly. I have to be satisfied and I totally was. Thanks again. I hired RED to pipe my propane grill to existing whole-house propane tanks. Richard was easy to communicate with leading up to the install, and was extremely professional on the day. The job came out beautifully - nice clean work wrapping the hard pipe around the house to the deck where the grill lives. Wouldn't hesitate to hire RED again for any plumbing or pipe work.

Great experience using Red plumbing. Red plumbing showed up on time and came to replace an outdoor faucet. Able to repair within an hour. Highly knowledgeable and will gladly use them again.

Richard replaced a 25-year-old tankless water heater with a tank unit. He arrived on schedule, did a very professional and neat job, and was careful to protect rugs on way to cellar. His labor costs were reasonable considering complexity of this job and that every was done first class. I would use him again.

RED Plumbing installed a new faucet in my home and I couldn’t be happier. Richard was incredibly quick to respond, honest about the work needed, and very fair with his pricing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was genuinely kind and trustworthy. He was also super patient with my barking dog, which I really appreciated. The faucet looks and works great. I would absolutely recommend RED Plumbing and will definitely use him again for future projects.

Richard was on time, efficient, neat and is very personable. He worked on my tankless hot water heater, and told me without my asking, about the condition of it, and I was glad to receive his professional opinion. I now have a new plumber, that I feel good about! Thank you.

We have used Mr Curley’s services on numerous occasions & have always appreciated his prompt & professional service. This past January for example we had a leak coming from our ceiling in our basement. When we discovered where it was coming from on a Sunday night I called & left a message. As he was closed I expected to hear from him on Monday AM, but instead Mr Curley called back immediately & came out and fixed the problem. He even had to go out & find the appropriate parts to fix it. We were charged a very reasonable amount particularly being on a Sunday night. Most recently we had a problem with our sink sprayer. As it is an old unit finding the part was difficult & expensive. Mr Curley was able to find a replacement at a reasonable price. We have used him for toilet repairs as well & again he was always efficient, timely & friendly. We find him very reasonably price.
