We had significant work for them to do but they never followed through with a quote. They left us hanging even though the gave us the impression they wanted the job. It was professional just to ignore us when we reached out for the quote. It would be much better if they had just said they didn't want the job. I wouldn't recommend this company given my experience.

I don't undersrand some low rating folks. I had water leak problem and called. They called back in 3 hours and fixed my problem within 10 hours. They even take time off from other job to investigate my problem and resolved the problem within an hour, and I am not their VIP. I have had their service since 1992. I really don't understand why people had bad experience with them.

So grateful to this company. We had a gas leak coming from an unused line that another company in town failed to cap off properly. Unfortunately there was no way to shut it off at the line so Eversource had to lock out our entire house. This was right when it was starting to get cold so having no heat was not fun. After the company at fault didn't return my text, I called early in the AM and Curley shifted a busy day around to get right out to us. Because they jumped right on it they were also able to get us a same-day town inspection so we didn't have to go another night without heat. We also (on a different day) had them reroute exhaust from our hot water heater, as that same other company had set it to vent right over our deck... awful. Curley did a great job and it passed inspection just fine. We're ditching the other guys.. Curley is our plumber from now on!

Came into my property to bill me 3 months later after a service was done left it at my door and wrote pay now or I will contact my lawyer. They have my phone number and email how unprofessional if I had a bill in my hands it would have been paid. Go somewhere else for more professionalism and better communication

We had no hot water due to an issue with our hot water heater. I left a message Sunday night and they were at our house first thing Monday morning. We have had similarly quick service in the past and they're always friendly and professional. Thank you!

I recently just opened a studio salon and had Curly come and do all the plumbing . They gave me a quote , explained everything they were going to do. Got the job done quick & stayed within the quote ! Their receptionist was very helpful & I will 100% use them again for any plumbing needs

Installed a hybrid HW heater & some other miscellaneous work. Super cost effective and they did a great job. The crew were excellent. I’d definitely recommend them.

Guy came over for practically nothing, tightened some random screw, charged $235. It’s honestly embarrassing.

The plumber that I had been using for years that I really liked and did very good work, for some reason failed me. My bathroom showers valve mixer needed to be replaced and after two replacements still failed. Three months later still nothing fixed and he wanted to charge me again for another visit. I called RJ Curley and they schedule a tech in a couple of days who replaced the mixer valve without any issues. At the same time, my toilet in the powder room needed a new wax ring and they did that at the same time in a matter of about an hour. When I received the invoice it was just about the same price that my other plumber charged to do one thing that never got fixed.

I am more than happy with the service and work performed by Curley at a very fair price. The plumber ( forgot his name ) was personable and took care of my problems that the other plumber was not able to do in less than an hours time. Well Done !! My neighbor has been using them for many years and I will be doing the same as my plumbing needs arise. Highly Recommend !!

Excellent plumbers who do great work. I had them install two smart toilets and they did a great job and even fixed the tile on the floor of my bathrooms and it looked perfect.

They have done a lot of work in my house and I have never had an issue with their work. The prices are reasonable and they take care in making things work as they should.

Honest, hard working, and efficient. They did exactly what I needed on my hvac. I would highly recommend and definitely use again!

We had a small job to replace a leaking 1" ball valve in our office building. We called another contractor who is 1/2 mile away from us. They said they would come by to look at it. We called them several days later to check on the visit and got no response to our voice mail. We then called Demelo on a Monday. Their plumber arrived at 8:00 Tuesday morning as promised and he was out of here by 9:30, having done an excellent job. Highly recommended.

We purchased our air conditioning from them...units are excellent. We also purchased the eco-plan that has 2 cleanings a year on the units. Very satisfied with them.
