i had a great experience with J&M Carpet Cleaners! Collin and the team cleaned my carpet and then explained different repair options since the edges were worn and the corners were coming apart. i decided to add a cord around the border instead of keeping the fringe. we had planned to do just two sides, but Collin finished all four sides for no extra cost, which made the carpet look so much better. the communication was quick and easy, and my carpet looks amazing. i know it will last a long time now. i really appreciate the care, hard work, and fair prices here. highly recommended.

J&M Carpet Cleaners came to clean two upright chairs and a couch on July 23rd. During the visit, the technician recommended a deeper cleaning, which doubled the original quoted price. I agreed to the upgrade, and the cleaning itself seemed fine at first. The technician assured me the furniture would be dry later that same day.

However, once everything dried, one of the chairs had a large water mark that wasn’t there before. I reached out on July 25th to report the issue and was told someone would check with the manager. Since then, I’ve called and texted at least ten times to follow up. Each time, I’m told that the matter will be “escalated” and a manager will reach out — but no one ever has.

I’ve also asked to speak directly with a manager or get a direct contact number, but I’m repeatedly told that there’s no other way to reach anyone. It’s been months with zero resolution or accountability.

The technician was polite, but the lack of follow-up and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend confirming in advance how they handle post-service issues before hiring them.
