WARNING THIS IS A SCAM. We called confirmed an appt. with this chimney company and they confirmed they could come in a few days. When they arrived they seemed professional enough. Did the cleaning (or so we thought) and spent a few hours at our home. It started to take a turn when they were upselling new chimney caps and other adds-ons, their invoice had a name that was not "first class" and they wanted cash. We obliged after the holidays but then upon actually using our fireplaces it was like they were never cleaned. Clearly a clog and smoke filling the room.
