Great local business Joe and his staff are always there for The customers

Excellent service, wonderful to work with! Fair and honest!! Highly recommend welcoming this company into your hOMe.

VERY PROMPT SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY INSTALLED MY NEW WATER HEATER IN 3 HOURS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The team at Alves fuels are both friendly and knowledgeable. Always available when you need them. Highly recommend !

Had a bit of frustration regarding the timeliness and charges associated with a shower leak, but Liz was willing to hear those concerns and work on helping to fix the problem.

Same issues with payments as others, twice I've been blown off for a cleaning, never again. At least make an effort to call your customers if you can't keep your appointments.

Alves Fuels offers exceptional, prompt service. It’s truly a pleasure working with them.

The whole crew from the planners to the great guys who installed our ac/Heating systems were top notch and professional! They answered any question you had and were polite.

great customer service and very professional staff. We had a great experience with our new furnace and central AC install

When it comes to the Owners, Joe & Liz, they do go above and beyond to satisfy a customer regardless of the situation. Their character & integrity cannot be questioned. Thanks

I signed up for service in about 4mins after my call was connected after a short 2 min wait, kim was more then helpful she took down all my information and they had my appointment scheduled for the next day mason and Dylan came out as technicians and got the the gas oven and dish washer installed in no time at all they even took the time to change out the old hose on the refrigerator and it wasn’t part of the service that day thanks for coming out and giving us the excellent service the first time out thank you happy holidays

Class act company. Fast response, great prices and kept us in the loop throughout the installation process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Luis Vitorino was very impressive. Thank you.

Will only use Alves for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Their customer service is top of the line from their answer service to the technicians, and I have always felt that their prices are always fair.

John Joe Luis and team were extremely professional and informative when it came to installing our central air. They were fast and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone!

The absolute worst sub-contractor I’ve ever worked with. They had a very hard time with both my HVAC and plumbing on a new build. Too many good sub-contractors out there to settle for these guys, it’s not worth it.
